I enjoy the coffee and I appreciate the friendly personalities. But the drive-through experience and queuing is ridiculous. There are three lanes and the sign says pull up to the shortest line. When I pulled up in the center lane, I was waiting for the line to move forward. A couple minutes later, a car to the right pulled up and shortly a minute after that, a car to the left pulled up. The employee finally walked out to take orders from an iPad. But being in the center lane proved to be the worst position. All 3 lanes will merge into 1 ahead of me. The employee walked over to the person on my right and the customer in the car let them know that I was in front of them. The employee then told the customer she had a process to follow. After taking that order, she walked all the way over to my left and took the next carās order (now 2 cars that came after me). Not good, especially when you want coffee. šµāš« I do not know of any other multilane drive-through system this chaotic and not customer friendly. Once I was approached, I politely told them Iām not going to order and Iām going to drive out. I was not coming back. I then parked and went to the walk up window, shared my experience and let them know. I will never be a customer again. Most of my reviews highlight the positives of my experience. My only conflicting issue is I still have money left on my App. š Even if Iām lucky enough to be in the right queue secret somebody else may be getting screwed. There are too many other coffee shops around to worry anymore about it. But the experience alone was enough to warn others. I am in the business of customer service, and you donāt allow a process to exist just because it is the process. You Analyze it, improve it, redefined it, especially if your business is about customer service. My feedback is focused on this experience in the drive-through system. The workers at this one don't pay attention to who pulls up first like the others they just go to whatever car is in the line even if people have been waiting 10-30 minutes if a line is shorter and a car pulls up they go to that car that just pulled up instead of the ones who have been waiting for 10-30 mins. Please get onto them about that or close the 3rd lane down and only have 2 available untill they learn how to take orders in the order the cars pulled up.
