My fiance and I have ordered from this location many times since we moved to this area 7 months ago. The pizza is fantastic! The service (both delivery drivers and when I call into the store) has always been great, until tonight. I placed my order and received a quoted 45 min delivery time. So I was prepared to wait that long, After an hour of waiting, I gave the store a call. Normally if the delivery was going to be even 5 mins late, they have called to let us know. The guy who answered the phone stated that they were extremely busy and my order was on the way (even though he had not asked my name or number to even look up the order I placed). Having worked in the restaurant/service industry for 5+ years, I understand things get busy, but there is no reason to be nasty to a customer. When I asked him how much longer it would be, he was extremely rude. Repeating what he already said. I asked if it was going to be this late, why was the delivery quote only 45 mins and why no one called to let us know it would be later than expected. "We don't have time to make phone calls." was his reply. After waiting a total of 75 mins for my order, we open the box to half cooked pizza. The dough and pepperoni was under cooked. Let's just say that I may not order from this...

If you try to customize you pie they screw up. If I order a supreme with all the veggies and say add bacon and extra cheese... I get veggies, no pepperoni, no meat?
So one of the delivery guys showed up and in our cul de sac and paused his truck for a moment... Because all the little girls in our cul de sac had set up a tent full of little girl stuff. The delivery guy paused for a moment, then just ran the tent and other stuff over! The teenage driver crushed two or three iPad devices. Literally a couple thousand bucks worth of gadgets. I know. I w as supposed to make sure my kid didn't do this or that... The not shouldn't have run over the tent. He may have run over a kid! I got e pizzas out of it.

Read moreI was a 5 star for a long time but they have plummeted in the last month. Here's why: 1) Bait and switch pricing and Deceptive Trades. Prices on board are not what you are charged. In some cases I was charged 26% more. Employees were not in authority to change and owner isn't there. I have to open dispute with credit card company. 2) They are making cutbacks which are unacceptable in my opinion including removing meatballs fro. The meatball sandwiches instead using partials. So, prices going up and cutbacks also going in place.. Shame on you. I gave 2 stars for some of the great employees they have but you've lost a former frequent customer. Last note: No soap or soap dispenser has been in bathroom in last month. What do employees do? The hand sanitizer is empty or not working or both. No towels in bathroom. I'll help you...
