McDonald's — Restaurant in League City

Ever since they tore it down and redid it it’s actually awful. I’m truthfully not one to leave reviews like this but this McDonald’s is so bad now please just keep driving to the next one, you’ll save so much time and energy. They’re so slow, they won’t answer you at the line while you’re sitting there forever and I can clearly see they can see the cars on the screen but will answer the whole other half while you sit there and people then go around you for almost 10 mins or they just leave you hanging in general. Act like they hear you but only get half the order somehow even though it was on the screen? then when you say something you have to sit and pay for it again then redo the order because apparently they didn’t hear it or ring it up I guess. It’s consistently wrong now instead of every few times, no one talks to you at the windows for a long time, even if you’re the only one here and they don’t communicate anything or which window to pull up to. Don’t go to the first window you’ll just see the staff watching things on their phones trying to ignore you and the security cameras showing where you were sitting waiting. And just not polite to top it off. Truthfully I thought it was a one time thing but I live across the street and it’s consistently like this now unfortunately:/ I’d rather drive a little further down than sit there for 20+ mins ever time for some chicken nuggets...

So we sent our son to get a 40 count nugget from them that we called and verified that they had with them prior to sending him to order and pick up. When he got he got there, the staff told him they didn't offer that!? My wife tried calling numerous times, and they hung up on her every time. My son went inside the store to try to get the order placed and they told him that he is no longer welcome in their store. THEY PLACED HIM ON A BANNED SERVICE LIST! McDonald's is getting a little too big for their britches.

Please note! All the information that was verified by employees prior to sending our son up to order and pick up from this location. Prices were given, minus tax.. apon arrival was told they do not have that available?

Yes for those that are asking!! We made sure we contacted the correct store.

The manager on duty after the return of our son home with nothing in hand was told he was banned from their store after asking for the store number and phone number of general manager to contact.

But! The "on duty manager" Rosa, after 45 minutes, finally answered the phone and told me.. she will fix the problem ... next day.... well sorry ma'am... that is not...

only come before noon at this place. i made the mistake (after years of incidents) going there tonight after a three hour drive on my way back home. They put the slowest brained boy to take orders, he couldnt even apply my discount code after i gave him my numbers so i didnt get my coupon redeemed. They are featuring two new sauces, a mambo sauce and some other one, i asked for the two new sauces and he said "okay." looked in the bag and got ranch and sweet and sour. i went inside and asked for the new sauces on the menu and the supervisor gave me the stupidest look and said "what sauces?" literally... the ones on your menu? brain dead reply for a person in a position who should know what is happening in their own store. she handed me two ranches and walked away while i was trying to talk to her. the night crew here literally sucked tonight on October 4th, the only one with brains was the sweet lady at the window. if you cant take orders then dont. if you dont know whats going on for promotions then you shouldnt be...
