Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in League City

DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION! This location has dashers/delivery drivers with UNWASHED DIRTY hands fill YOUR DRINKS and put lids on. disgusting! You need a food and beverage handlers licence to handle food and drinks in THE ENTIRE STATE OF TEXAS. every restaurant or biz. Must have washed hands.

I highly suggest, for your own health, do not eat at this location. Dalton the manager says is not their problem, AND WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when asked what the procedure was. Yet it's their product that could ultimately get someone sick, and the extra generated income from DD is nice I'm sure. God forbid it take someone getting sick to correct this blatant healthcode violation.

DASHERS/DELIVERY drivers, do not assume any liability by touching these empty cups, and report each order as a health emergency to doordash/Uber eats etc

Reported to health department. DO NOT EAT HERE 🤢 will update this review when this lazy, unlawful and dangerous health issue is managed properly, and managers can ensure customer health & safety. Will be posting the findings of the Galveston county health department soon....

Just went tonight and had a bad experience. It smelt gross through the drive thru like something was burning and I even complained out loud to my boyfriend about it but didn’t think anything of it. We got our food and we both ordered the exact same order. While driving home I complained again that it smelt weird and like something is burnt. We get home to eat and my food is okay but his smells like cigarette smoke!!! He ate a chicken tender and it tasted like it smelt! Everything smelt like that, his fries, his bread and all the chicken tenders. None of his food was visibly burnt though. Not sure how this happened or why only his was that way and not the other caniac combo we ordered. Not sure if the employees are smoking in the building or if they burnt something??? He couldn’t even eat any of it. We will not be coming back. Usually eat here regularly if we eat out due to his work schedule, since it’s one of the only places open so late but we will not be eating here...

I ordered 4 meals through DoorDash. Upon receiving the order we received 2 meals and 4 drinks that were all wrong. We complained to DoorDash and received a refund. We then reordered our missing meals and drinks. Upon receiving the second ordered the meals were correct but the drinks were still the wrong size. After this I called the store and asked for the manager. I expressed the issue we had and how this happens almost every time we order from this specific location. I told him we didn’t want anything for free or a refund we just want better service because we love Raising Canes. The manager then tells me that it was the drivers fault that our order was wrong and it wasn’t them. I then asked, “if the drink is a large and the person at the counter hands them a medium that’s not your fault?” His response was, “well yea, if the drinks were the wrong size,” I told him that was the problem and he hung up on me. Ridiculous. Awful...
