Sarah's Sweets & Flower Shoppe — Restaurant in League City

Let me just start by saying, we will definitely be using them in the future!

So my husband order some flowers for me through a company online. I picked them out because certain flowers are my favorite. Well they get here Valentine's Day and they are completely wrong. He didn't really know what the flowers were supposed to look like because I picked them. I call them and they switch another florist, this one. I was okay with that because I just wanted the flowers we ordered. They delivered, but husband signed for them and thought they were right, nope! Still the wrong flowers. At this point I am upset. Why? Because we actually paid a lot for these flowers and still kept getting the wrong ones. So I called the company we ordered through and they said they would try again. Little did we know, the company puts on their orders that any and all substitutions are allowed. So that is why I kept getting the wrong flowers. So I called Sarah's Sweets & Flowers Shoppe since they were the ones the company went through and told them what happened. I spoke to Cindy and told her everything that happened. She could hear and understand why I was upset. She said let me fix it.......AND SHE DID!!!! The flowers I received are exactly what we ordered and I wanted. They are gorgeous! I am so happy and want to give a HUGE thank you for wanting to go out of their way to fix it. They honestly could have said oh well, but they didn't. They have truly made this woman happy and we cannot wait to use them for our next...

We ordered quite a bit of desserts from here and they were all terrible. We ordered the 4 brownies in different flavors and they just crumbled and were chalky with bad flavor. We also ordered 2 sets of mini pies, I swear these pies must be from Walmart! They taste and look exactly like those $1 pies from the bakery section, which as you can imagine are not very good! We ordered a couple slices of cheesecake and were also disappointed with those, not very dense, almost seemed as if they had gelatin in them. What a disappointment and waste of money. Everything seemed old and definitely not homemade. We had family here and no one but my husband finished his dessert, and that's because that man would...

Edible arrangements = 50 bucks for a bear and strawberries ... no go. Godiva = 50 bucks for strawberries ... no go.

Here = best customer service and 30 bucks to have it delivered. I was looking for a good mothers day gift, even though theyre closed sundays im sure my mother would be happy for an early eating gift. I ordered half a dozen beautiful strawberries and a decently sized plush teddy bear; which was cute as a button and as my mom put was super soft, and got it delivered to her door for only 30 bucks. The easiest and most beautiful gift ever. I order from colorado and had it delivered literally a few minutes away, the best gift to give if your loved one lives...
