This was my first visit to Black Rock Coffee. I was absolutely and totally impressed with the level of service and the kindness of the two young ladies working this location. I had spent some time at the dental office and walked a couple of doors down to Black Rock Coffee to wait for my son to pick me up. The one young lady made the absolute most wonderful latte that I have ever had in my entire life and trust me, I have been to coffee shops in Italy and around the world including all of the popular name, places in the U.S. so I am not exaggerating! Really like their cups that say “fuel your story.” Since I had been at the dentist office for quite some time my IPhone battery was running out of almost depleted. The other young lady that was working there was kind enough to hook my phone up to her charger so that I could have enough power to call for a ride. I was really excited when this black rock coffee bar opened by work because I love their coffee. However, at this location there seems to be issues every single time I go. Either they’re out of something or they get the orders wrong. I am lactose intolerant and so putting a dairy milk in my drink makes for a really uncomfortable day. Normally the service is really good and they make it right but this morning I did not have that experience. There is a young lady there who looks to be Hispanic who said no that’s not what it says and acted completely indifferent. I hope they can take a little constructive criticism and work on keeping inventory and making sure orders are going...
