Starbucks — Restaurant in League City

Stopped in bought items for my crew , and couldn’t even drink mine, you couldn’t taste the coffee & she was no-caring! Took it back to get another one she wanted to embarrass me about it by telling the other employee about it! I spoke up before the other could say anything because she was already laughing , I told her it was me! She was rude as well & didn’t apologize! I’ll never go back to this Starbucks!!!

They also had huge nets flying...

The staff is unaware and absent minded. I was the only person there and she started calling out a name that was not mine or written on the cup. it was also a female name when I am clearly a male with a beard. Then the cowork was said it's yours. The drink it self was ok but they where out of the drizzle. It's a nice convenience in a target but not a destination... I would rather go to a real stand...

Horrible customer service and it's insane to know they want to charge $1.15 for no ice because they use more water. Does starbucks not know ice is water in a solid form, you are not using more water. The convenience of having a starbucks inside a target is now an inconvenience when customer service is lacking. This is my iced coffee, I should get a discount since it's not filled...
