Freebirds World Burrito — Restaurant in League City

There has to be a better way for them to organize online orders. We placed our order online which was a super easy process considering the amount of ingredients they have to list. I got my ETA for the order and showed up accordingly. They hadn’t even started my order. Not only that, but I had to stand in the store for 20 minutes while customer after customer walked away with their in store food after arriving later than myself. The big issue is that they had a large amount of online orders and what restaurants don’t these days?! There were just 2 girls working the online orders and they had to not only make the food for the orders, but also package them up and send them out. They did all this while the other 7 or so workers helped inside. It’s quite the unorganized disaster. The food was good and the girls working online orders were hustling but they got zero help from any other employee in the process and it was clear that they were backed up. There just has to be a better way such as the online orders being made in the same order as the walk in orders. I’m not sure I’ll ever order online...

So Renato is rude AF. So I stood in line for 15 min while they restocked the foodline.. No problem because I came in after the lunch rush. By the time they were ready to hep me there was a line forming. I get to the register and Rude AF Renato rung me up. I asked for him to put my food in a bigger bag and he handed me the bag and then handed me my food.....Oh ok I guess this location is like a sac & save without the save. Then I asked for my mexican coke and he caught an attitude like I was bothering him...since he had ALREADY moved on to the next customer without even completing my transaction. Oh and I was not only waiting for my coke but I was also bagging my own food. Since I was still standing there he rudly asked if there was something I needed...YES I NEED YOU TO BAG MY FOOD, GIVE ME EVERYTHING I PAID FOR AND NOT BE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY...

Will you guys please honor your menu?? Any other time I definitely would've given Y'all 5 stars++, but NEGATIVE! NOT TONIGHT! May I please have my extra cilantro rice, extra black beans, extra queso, and my chips on the side, EVEN IF I am ORDERING ONLINE?? I mean, Y'all do it when my husband and I come into your establishment, so please do the same for online orders.? My Mother's salad, nor our 2 nacho bowls were correct, and we only got 1 bag of chips on the side (for 2 nacho bowls?)...OH! And as a side note if you really want your meal made correctly and to your satisfaction/liking, your go to Guy is Mr Jordan. I'd rather he prepare my order than any other server. He gets it right every time and doesn't skimp. You get what you're paying for. No doubt. Dang,, I wish I knew his work...
