So, the food is wonderful and the staff seems wonderful. UNTIL you actually work there! Worked 8 or 10 hour shifts with no bathroom break, no lunch break, not even a break to get a drink. I would come home sick everyday because I was miserable. The management is just horrible. I’m staying as anonymous I can. I don’t want anything coming back on me. But, one day I felt like I was going to pass out and I needed a break. I had to sit down. I was so thirsty and my mouth was dry. I was sick with a cough. I mean, do they really want me coughing in a restaurant environment? But, they would not let me take a break. They forced me to stand at the counter and take people’s orders while I was coughing and coughing. I could barely talk to the customers! They allowed that. If I were the customer I would NEVER want one of the employees to be coughing around my drinks and food. Even if I was coughing into my sleeve. Michael Lee is the owner of this Chick Fil A. But, the Managers and Assistant Managers were the worst. I got along well with my co workers. I was always friendly. But, even the co workers made comments about how the place works. Great customer service, great food and nice people, but this one really made me think of the other fast food chains and was not indicative of all the other Chick-fil-A's. First off, I am struggling and on a TIGHT budget. Next, I had enough for one meal before my next paycheck which would have been the next day. They double charged me which made my bank account overdrawn. I didn't keep my receipt since I never really do. Not long after (few hours later), I get a notice from my bank that I am overdrawn and for good measure, a few dollars overdrawn caused an additional $35... I called and I understand C-F-A is always busy but this lady who insisted I have a receipt/transaction number to pull up the order. I told her I didn't have it, gave her the time frame and the amount since my bank clearly showed the amount. She said she'd call me back and I said NO. I am always worried about money and wanted this addressed. She finally agreed to look it up and credited me my second charge. When I asked about my $35 overdraft charge, she said she had nothing to do that and I had to call my bank. I said, but for the fact that YOU guys double charged me, I would not have been charged this. Read moreI works strongly suggest going to a different location. Unless you enjoy playing food roulette where every chamber is an incorrect order. I don't understand what happened. This location has gone downhill so hard. Here is a summary of my last 4 visits. 1st visit: gave me the wrong size drink and an incorrect food item. 2nd visit: I got half of my order, and two pieces from someone else order. 3rd visit: correct name and items on bag, someone else's order inside. 4th visit: I decided after multiple incorrect orders I needed to check thoroughly before leaving the drive through. First mistake I noticed was it was the wrong size drink. Oh well. I don't care enough to wait for that to get fixed. Then I noticed they did not give me my grilled nuggets or the right sauce. I asked for them. After waiting, they give me fried instead of grilled nuggets. I ask again for the grilled nuggets I ordered. After waiting more, they hand me more fried nuggets. This is after showing them the receipt showing grilled nuggets. They also still didn't get me the correct sauce. I get home to realize the sandwich I also ordered was the incorrect sandwich. The only thing they got correct was the fries.
I can't understand what happened to this location. I have to assume some kind of change in management. I get better service...
