Last time I was here, my food was sitting on the counter as i waited in my car for 5 minutes thinking it wasn't MY food until one of the employees asked another employee what i was waiting for. The employee THEN handed me the food on the counter which was my food. Guess they have a 5 minute wait requirement on fresh food to make sure you get that OLD fast food taste. Today, after ordering through the speaker at the drive-thru my order was incomplete at the pick up window. Told the FEMALE MANAGER at the window, she rolled her eyes, doesnt say a word and closes the window. I guess she called a cashier to come take the rest of my order (the SAME ORDER I gave at the ordering speaker). When my food comes she in a clearly sarcastic tone says "And you Sir, have a great and wonderful rest of your day", or something along those lines and extra drawn out, with an over the top exaggerated smile. I called her on it, of course she denies it was sarcastic. I'm not that oblivious. Read moreDrive thru they constantly forget items you order. I usually check, but this time I asked "Is everything here" and they said yes. I spent over $30. They forgot a cheese burger and a six peice nugget. I called and spoke with Elizabeth. Only thing she could do was tell me to drive all the way back to pick up the remaining order. I explained that if I go back the rest of the food will be cold. I asked if brought the remaining order back can they make the order fresh so I can give the full meal to my family and she said no. I asked for a refund and she said no. I asked is there anything else I could do besides drive back at that moment and pick up the reamining and food and she said "no". Its either now or never. I consider this stealing because at least let me pick up a different day, but apparently CS Resturants Inc has a policy via the owner that doesn't allow refunds or replacement or missing items unless you turn around that moment and get the food. Doesn't matter if you waste gas, time and money to do it, if you don't take their offer you lose everything. This...
Read moreFor the second time in less than two weeks same store, same employee (Lupe). While door dashing they give me the wrong customer’s order. When showing Lupe the customer’s name he didn’t seem to understand and gets frustrated telling me it’s the right order just the wrong receipt. He then asks me is this correct, referring to the receipt. I said yes the receipt is correct but you have to check the bag to make sure everything is correct, in which he gets frustrated with me again and we began to argue to which he finally decides to redo a fresh order. I think there’s a little hostility towards me because I’ve gave him a bad review prior when I went there as a customer and he gave me bad service. I shouldn’t have to go through this because an employee doesn’t want to take accountability for their mistakes and there should be disciplinary action for that individual that has given me such unprofessional conduct and distraught...
