So there is a funny story I wanted to share in this review. For those who don't know, I'm never really in a rush when it comes to getting food. Even though there are many "fast food" places, because things tend to move fast, things are bound to go wrong. So I'm always prepared for that scenario. But in my case this gave me a good laugh. I really needed that since I was having a bad day that day.
So It was late in the evening (I think it was close to 9:00PM). I place my order, guy at the first window was super nice and sounded cool. Then I get to the second window and I'm just waiting. I'm busy talking with my mom about aviation history and I noticed that 2 of the girls inside looked confused. I did not get their names so I will refer to them as "A" and "B". "A" is all confused and asks "B": "What is that dude sitting there for?" And "B" asks me what my order is (This was after about 5 minutes of waiting) and I state my order and say "That's why I'm here." "B" laughs and then tells "A" to ready up the order. "B" then hands me my order.
As a rule of thumb, I always briefly check the bag to make sure they did not forget anything or gave me the wrong item (This has happened to me more than once at various restaurants. A common mistake). Anyway I noticed they shorted me a hamburger and a drink. So I tell "B" what I am missing and she tells "A" that they shorted me a burger. "A" then gets confused and asks which burger was missing. Before I could even answer, "B" blurts out "The cheese burger, duh!" I tried so hard not to laugh because I did not want to embarrass them. But then I see "A" just standing there holding the cheese burger after "B" hands me the other drink. "B" then stares at "A" and out of the blue yells "Oh my God, girl! Bring it over here!" I just lost it and started laughing like crazy. "B" apologizes for the delay and I say no problem it's all good. But then I whisper: "It's not your fault, it's A's fault". We both laugh and I drive off.

Read moreThis location has gone to the absolute pits. For months they've been having issues, running out of basic things (like buns and fries) on many occasions, but tonight was seriously the last straw and this location has forever lost a customer.
To save on money, I opted to get off my butt and actually go to the location and not deliver with DoorDash. Check online ordering on BK's website? Nope, this store doesn't accept mobile order. Weird. OK I'll just use the drive-thru. Nope, the drive-thru is blocked off. Extra weird, that's never happened before. OK I'll park and walk in. I park and see them hand a bag to a delivery driver (recognized the Dasher app on the guy's phone), then tell customers "sorry we're closed". Turns out this location has turned off and otherwise barred ALL methods of ordering food EXCEPT DoorDash delivery. Pissed I now have to drive back home and wasted my time on a trip and gas, I place a DoorDash order before I drive off - it goes through fine, says they're preparing the order. I get home and after 30 minutes of waiting, the Dasher I finally get says my food was already picked up... except in order for a dasher to complete the dash and get paid, they have to actually be the one who picked it up and mark as delivered, yet that didn't happen. So I figure this BK further must have screwed off yet again. It is entirely possible the DoorDash issues was something else, but it feels way too coincidental.
Also, as someone who has done Dashing, it is literally no different for the restaurant to prepare an order for DoorDash delivery or pick-up, so there is NO reason for BK to bar this option from customers.
I can only assume the workers here are so obscenely LAZY that they feel the need to limit orders to only ONE option in order to have a lax and cozy job.
Save yourself the wasted time and energy and go to another fast food location. There's a DQ, a Sonic, and a Taco Bell all a 2 minute drive...
Read moreMykids love BK. Every time they beg to go (especially to this one) I immediately regret it. This time I saw they finally had opened the lobby, so we parked and got out to go in. Then saw a sign that said "CASH only in Lobby". Back to the car we went for the drive thru which was accepting cards. I ordered on the app to keep it simple and quick. I got up to the window where I was to receive our food and I (no joke) sat for 15-20 minutes and NO ONE ever came to the window during that span of time. While sitting there, there were two cars behind me. I saw the young man who was manning the first payment window, come out and speak to the person who was last in the line up of three cars. That car then backed up and left. I then saw the guy behind me backup to the first window to speak with the guy, but then he pulled back in right behind me again. I waited some more. Finally someone came to the window and handed us our food. No explanation. The wait was horrible. The service was horrible. But the worst of it was when we got the food home and took it out. Realized we were (of course) missing an item we ordered. Also, the Value Fry was literally like 5 French fries in a pouch. It looked like it was someone's leftover fries that they then put in this order. It gets worse....I pulled out my free Whopper (thank you Tmobile) to take off the bun...and discovered straight up BITES taken out of the patty! I was horrified and so disgusted. NEVER AGAIN. Do not eat at this Burger King. It is a hot mess. Now I need to figure out how to contact the management or corporate or something!...
