Generally, the food is pretty good. The store is really beautiful and you can tell they keep it really clean. The store itself feels a little too small for the way that you have to go through and purchase your items ,it also kind of sucks because you have to order your coffee at checkout and then wait for your coffee to be made but if you’re ordering to go, you have to stand off to the side. I kinda wish there was like a coffee order kiosk that you could place your order when you first walk into the building for your coffee and then by the time you get to the front, your coffee should be there for you, especially if you’re taking to go. I’ve tried to do an online order before and that was a disaster. when I come in, I pick out my food go to the front and order my coffee pay and then have to stand there and wait for the coffee. There is one employee that makes coffee Excellent every single time, I wish I knew what his name was But anytime that he’s not here, Coffee is a disaster. It’s never made correctly if you ask for iced you get hot if you ask for hot you get iced And it takes forever for it to get made. I just wish the model for your purchasing or ordering your coffee was a little different and I really wish that the Cash wrap was ran A little more tightly with better communication and due diligence to make sure there’s quality Control for the coffee orders, the checkout always seems super cluttered and overwhelming and every time I go to check out, there’s always a couple of people at the end of the cash registers putting together food to put out on the floor. There should be a better area for that. Today I came in, this is my 6th visit, I got two baked goods and ordered an iced Nutella latte no whip. It took a minute to even get acknowledge that I was standing there ready to check out no one offered to heat up my items. Read moreWas not a great experience at all. First the cashier dropped my almond pastry on the counter and half the almonds came off. She proceeds to say sorry and still give that same pastry to me. First that should be a food safety concern since it touched the counter. I didn’t ask for a new pastry since she already looked embarrassed and I didn’t want to cause a scene.
Second, it took 17 minutes to receive my drink order. There was only one employee out of 4 (including the trainer) working the bar for drinks which made the customer experience pretty bad. I noticed other customers also wondering where their drinks were and how much longer was it going to take. Apparently there were 3 of us waiting at the time for our drinks. The one lady who asked was told that they knew of her order and they were working on it. This seems to be a good coachable moment in my opinion.
Another issue I experienced with my drink order was that I was never asked my name. All I was told was that the drinks would be at the end of the line when ready. This caused an issue when I went for what I thought was my order. A lady also walked up to the order and thought I was stealing her drink. The funny thing was we literally ordered the same thing, including the mods we made. However she didn’t find it funny and was mad I touched her order. I tried explaining I thought it was mine since they didn’t ask for my name. Then an employee said that they didn’t see a ticket for my name and caused some confusion. Even the drinks weren’t made very well!!
I asked for light ice and that wasn’t correct. The smoothie had large chunks of ice.
So in all a terrible experience and it was failed by the employees in so many ways.

Read moreI came in a few days ago and was able to get a box near the entry and purchase a selection of pastries, paid for them at the counter and I was on my way. The food was excellent. Today was a different story. I was met with a complete lack of customer service and resources to make a purchase. There were no boxes of any size near the tong area so I asked a young lady if she could get me a small box. She searched for about 8-10 min. in the back for boxes and was not able to locate any. She never informed me that she was still searching or offered an alternative method of carrying out my food. That entire time I was left waiting with no greeting or offers of service from any other employees including 2-3 other employees behind the counter as well as a new hire and a lady in the lobby area that I was told was a supervisor. After I was frustrated and leaving the store that I was finally offered a box and further instructions on how to purchase products. I left without spending money here today and will try again someday to bring my business back to this establishment, hopefully after some further customer service training.
