I have been going there ever day for over 5 years on my way to work. Usually nothing wrong. Today, a person I believe to be their zone manager and another person whom I did not recognize obnoxiously violated a workers rights in front of the public. I understand that there are times when an associate may need guidance or even more due to their actions or attitude. No one should ever be excoriated or railed in front of the public. The zone manager was speaking in a muted/raised tone(angrily but in a lower volume) and the other person seemed to be recording the event. There is the distinct possibility that this will be ignored due to the person being complained about is the one who controls the site, but I will be notifying corporate come Tuesday. The worker was getting increasingly anxious while I was in store and was crying by the time I left. There is nothing in the retail world about ANY job that you should be making a person cry about. There is also no excuse for it being done in front of anyone else, even their coworkers. Unfortunately. it won't let me post without at least one star, which is 6 stars more than this...
Read moreHorrible service! For the SECOND time I tried to use my HyVee gas points and, once again, they messed it up and I had to pay full price. After having this problem once before, I decided that once was a mistake so I would try it again. I went inside and gave them my HyVee card and a credit card. When I went back out, it wasn’t coming off on the pump so I went back in and asked. They said it comes off at the end. So, I pumped the gas and went in a third time. They guy at the register had to ask for help twice and still got it wrong. He said $43. And expected me to be happy. I said no, it was supposed to take off over $1 a gallon so it should be maybe half that. He called the other guy over again and they decided it was HyVee’s fault. They couldn’t fix it and, once again, I had to pay more than $20 over what it should have been. They were rude and had no clue how to fix...

The first time i ordered a pizza ahead of time was told 25 minutes i showed up at 30 minutes just to find out pizza was not even made yet had to wait another 20 minutes for pizza to be made and the manager refused to give me a discount or the pizza period. Went back last week and stood there for about 8 minutes while the girl behind the food counter just ignored us ,finally said hello we would like to order some food and she told us the person making the food was on break that we would have to wait even though she was behind the counter working...
