I ordered 2 Luxe Craving Boxes. The drinks were wrong and the food I did get was visibly mashed/flat from being crammed into a small bag and items were missing. I paid for express delivery and did not get that either. I called Taco Bell, told them the food was smashed, the drinks were wrong, and some of the items were missing. I was told they were out of boxes and to order via DoorDash free sauce packets and they would bring the items. There is a minimum purchase to DoorDash. I paid another $5.75, waited for an hour and a half and never got anything corrected from the first order nor received the second one. I called and was told I would have to go through DoorDash. Taco Bell made the food and got the order wrong and then would not make it right or give credit for their mistake...DoorDash was not the problem. I paid for food Idid not get, the food was mashed and flat that I did get, and the drinks were completely wrong. I was told that I could come get the order at 10:40pm after Taco Bell made the mistake. So if you want your order wrong, dont mind waiting 1 1/2 hours, and then want to take the extra time and gas to drive to this store to be treated like you did something wrong by expecting the correct order, not mashed food, and some semblance of customer service...I guess this is the restaurant for you. Good luck throwing your money away and wasting your time and gas and I hope you are not hungry because it is not like you can expect Taco Bell to actually make the food they serve or get your order right because that is just asking too much. The cherry on top of it all is you absolutely will not get what you pay for because I paid for food I did not get and was refused a refund and store credit for what I did not get. I canceled the second DoorDash with no problems and was given an immediate refund as well as an additional credit for the 1 1/2 wait. This simple task is just too confusing and hard for Taco Bell. Unfortunately, if you Door Dash or go through the drive-through, chances are high your food will have minimal ingredients, or it will be wrong. I paid $7 dollars for a black bean crunch wrap. I asked for no nacho cheese sauce and actual cheese as a substitute. I was charged .75 cents for the cheese and didn't receive it. On top of that, I had almost no food in the crunch wrap! All too often, if you order something differently than the item directly off the menu, this store can NOT seem to make it. They will charge you for it, but they will not put it together. If it isn't pre-made and sitting on a warmer, who knows what you will end up with.
This store has let me down multiple times. I only had a slight amount of black bean juice in my item and a sprinkle of other ingredients. I ended up eating tortilla inside tortilla flavored with sour cream. For $7? Crazy. Also, my fries had been fried more than once, and they were slimy, soggy, and tasted like old frying oil. The rest of my items were haphazard and falling apart. None of them were special, but all of them were sloppy and soggy. Most items were broken and should have been eaten with a plate and fork.

Between those shifts, I went to Taco Bell and while pulling into the parking lot, I was greeted before even getting out of my car by a lady sitting at a table in the corner at 9:50PM playing on her tablet/computer and staring at me like I just hurt her dog. Much to my knowledge, I ignored it, walked into the lobby, and started looking around. The lady in the corner at the table with a headset on and doing absolutely nothing decided to ask if I had a DoorDash order. I shook my head no, and she replied with “well our lobby closes at 9” (it actually closes at 10PM according to the website) and I turned around to walk out of the store because I had grown infuriated as I just wanted food to eat before going into another 16 hour shift. As I am walking out of the door, she yells in the most snobby tone of voice, “HAVE A GREAT NIGHT” as to which pissed me off even more and I continued to walk out.
