I'm going to be as real as a customer in as few words. My wife works here, but believe me this will be non biased. IF YOU OR YOUR KIDS NEED WORK GET THEM A JOB HERE!! My wife works 9 and a half to 10 hour days now. They need help with this summer business. Some of the employees just go there to slack off and talk, or move very slowly for being so young, especially now that it's essentially a skeleton crew with inexperienced newbies slowly learning. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THIS STORE!! we all get a bad order from time to time, mistakes happen and employees have bad days.. its life!! This is a fast paced cutthroat business where you sink dead slow or swim with the sharks. Give them time to get new people on board and up to speed, as I've never had bad food here even if they were severely understaffed. 100 people in the lot expect to wait. Be smart about it... if you see 3 to 5 people inside, sometimes 2, and the lot is full don't get upset when you wait. I see people go up their saying they can handle the heat, but leave after 2 days.. no call no shows daily. I see my wife once a week and only until like 9 or 10 at night. So my daughter and I barely see her, and that's fine because she has the best work ethic of anyone I know. Shes making her career out here, but please PLEASE, be patient. Jake the gm is a busy guy, I see him constantly on the move everyday same as my wife. They are doing their best to keep up with business, and for the quality of food I usually get!? I'm jus not the type of guy who minds a wait if my food is top tier. Again I've never had bad food here, ik it could happen, but it's just rare when it happens here. If you come with and attitude though expect to get one in return, that's common sense. You want respect you show it.. I have seen people show up acting like this is supposed to be the perfect food experience for them, COMPLETELY OBLIVIOUS TO THE FULL LOT AND ONLY 4 EMPLOYEES! One more thing if you want custom drinks, BE VERY SPECIFIC BUT DONT TALK DOWN TO THEM WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO SPEAK UP PLEASE, THE SPEAKERS AND HEADSETS ARE ROUGH FROM WHAT I HEAR AND SOME OF YALL SO RUDE!! ive hears people talk to the box like they were talking to children just because a worker said could you please speak up. Don't be offended, some of them have low volume. Jus give it time and in a few days or a few weeks they'll be efficient and fast again. NEEDS WIND BLOCKS FOR OUTDOOR SEATING!! My food and bags always get blown off the table, it being by a highway in pancake flat kansas never helps. Jus a real pov from my frequent visits. All employees try their best to be professional and courteous tho, some may have rough days, and bad attitudes get fired quick round these parts folks. Read moreThis place has the most incompetent employees. So the other day I go to pull into a stall and the car hop steps right in front of me so she can serve that car from passenger side. Then looks at me like I'm some kind of A-hole. I pull around to another stall hit the button and wait and wait.. finally someone says will be with you in a minute.... I wait several more minutes and pull out to leave... they waited till I pulled out of the stall to say they were ready for my order... then today same place they decide to power wash the stalls during lunch rush hour blocking half the stalls. I find a stall and as soon as I press the red button someone else's order starts populating on the screen. Then the girl asks what I would like to order I explain someone else's order is on my screen she says no problem I can take your order over this... then she gets an attitude when I say never mind I am no longer ordering.last ti.e that happened like that I was charged for both... so yeah... this place has horrible service and most employees are incompetent or rude. There are a few that are good and super friendly.. if you go at the right time... beware of this place. And I don't know why I bother last time I posted an issue was told I would be contacted and well never was... so I have no hope anything with this location will be fixed or...

Ordered a brownie blast with extra toppings m&m, reese and caramel sauce. The blast was melting when I received it at the store. I placed my mobile order arrived within a few minutes. My order must of been made and left sitting outside a freezer. I did not receive any of the extra toppings. Didn't notice until I arrived home to eat it. It was a mobile pickup order. I recommend paying closer attention to customization requested by the customer. Being it was only a $1.25 added difference. I did not return to the store.
1/10/25 Came today around 3pm. Quickly ordered and received my order. The Groovy fries were extremely salty. Not able to eat them.
2/20/24 Came this morning at 8:12am. via drive-thru. This is my favorite location, and food is always good. Today, I ordered two sausage breakfast toasters with Bacon and strawberry jelly. I received only sausage and grape jelly. The young lady handed me my card and food at the same time. Admittedly, she closed the window. There's nothing wrong with that. But, I was going to say thank you and give a cash tip. I tip faithfully! I recommend taking a few extra seconds to hear what the customer says.
