I went in last night, at 655, there was a couple in front of me That was waiting to order And there were 2 workers they were working on one ticket. The 2 gentlemen that was working on the evening shift were going back-and-forth about If the shorter worker should put the sandwiches in The toaster, the taller ones said no, but anywho I sit there for 10 minutes. I finally got To the front line at 7:08 PM, the Shorter guy asked what I wanted, but he proceeded to work on the ticket That was there before I arrived im Assuming then he asked me if it was an 6in I told him no I wanted a foot long, but he still continued to work on the ticket that he started before asking what I wanted. He finally pulled out The bread that I ordered for my sandwich, but he dropped it on the floor went back to the warmer and grabbed another 1, the 1 he Drop on the floor he picked it back up and put it back into the warmer. And the whole time I was there for the 13 minute standing there. He literally have the same gloves on, He touched his pants several times and went to the back. While still having the same gloves on. At that moment that's when I hesitand was contemplated. If I should continue, he literally put the meat on my sandwich and then moved on to another ticket. That was there after 3 minutes. I literallee, tell him to cancel my order. Because he literally wiped his face. Touched other stuff with the same gloves on when I arrived. At 655, if thats what happens and going on while I'm there. Can you imagine what happens when People are not in front of him. the evening People are the worst, the Taller guy finally got done around 709 or 710PM with the Couple in front of me that literally had one One sandwich and literally took him more than 10 minutes when he got done I told him to cancel my order and I walked out he asked me, was this a joke? Read moreWent in for dinner. No staff anywhere in sight. Waited, and a girl came out from the back eating food, wiped her mouth with her hand, at least washed her hands before prepping our food. She asked my daughter 4 times what she wanted, then when my daughter repeated the same thing for the 4th time, she told the other staff member that she needed this sandwich, not toasted, we get asked again by the new staff member what we ordered. 5th time the start of the sandwich was made. Mind you the ingredients of what she asked for were literally in the description of the sandwich, and she told them exactly as written, but again, had to repeat herself. The staff member got to my order and he did great first try, he was nice, efficient, and listened. The original staff member started the toppings portion of my sandwich with food hanging from her face and her hair hanging over it. I can overlook a lot of things, but lack of proper sanitization and protocols is not one of them. Not sure we'll return to this particular location. If we do I hope the female employee has at least learned a tiny bit in better customer service skills. I wish I'd caught the male employee's name, as he was doing his best to cover both...
Read moreSo I just left there and apparently subway has changed the normal chicken bacon ranch to rotisserie chicken bacon ranch. I ordered my guy, who didn’t come, and chicken bacon ranch sandwich and she put rotisserie chicken on it. I knew it looked weird but I thought it was crazy and that was the chicken all along. I brought it home and my flat bread was soaking wet and soggie. My guy HATED the rotisserie chicken. I called and said that they put the wrong chicken on there. They told me that if I would have looked at the menu I would I have seen it’s now made with different chicken. I called another subway to double check. They told me that you’re supposed to be able to pick what chicken. So when I called this subway back they proceeded to tell me they didn’t think they had to ask since the menu clearly says “rotisserie” and then said “my open is the new chicken taste better anyways.” Not even offering for me to come in and fix the sandwich. There’s enough subways in this town that I can delightfully NEVER go back...
