Use extreme caution when ordering from this Pizza Hut. I did not realize that Pizza Hut was in the business of belittling and humiliating its long-standing and most faithful customers. Website took my order, which I specified was supposed to come a week from today for a planned event at a business. Website kept erasing my data, but I kept re-entering to be certain it was correct. In spite of that, this Pizza Hut location delivered it today but of course the business was closed as it was after hours and, as I said, the Planned event was not to be held until next Wednesday. I do not know if it was a problem with the website or with the location itself perhaps ignoring the details of the order. The delivery driver called me to let me know that the business was closed. No pizza was delivered. I was instructed to call the owner who belittled and humiliated me and said that since it was ordered online, that I would need to take it up with corporate and that he had no intention of giving a refund or replacing the order when I asked for his help. I did call corporate with the number he gave me and corporate said it was the franchise's fault and hung up on me. I am not only out a lot of money without my promised goods and services, but now I am extremely embarrassed that I must call the business that I promised the meal to in the first place, to let them know they will not be having a meal at all as I do not have the money to repay for goods and services that I did not receive. The GM needs to know that he may not care that he lost the trust of one small woman from Kansas, but he trashed the reputation of Pizza Hut in general for anyone willing...
Read moreOrdered a simple order from this pizza hut location that is less than 2.5 miles away. 25 minutes after the time I was told the pizza would be here, no word or pizza. I called the main number and once I finally got someone on the line, was told I'd get a credit the next time I ordered pizza. I ordered pizza from them again tonight...and currently am still waiting on my pizza. It is now 30 min past the scheduled time of delivery. I called the line once when it was 15 min late who told me there was nothing they could do until it was 20 min late...and they could see my $2 credit from the last time, but I'd have to create a new account to get it. I called again at 25 min late, which they told me I'd again have to call back and let them speak to the driver (that I'm supposedly supposed to keep here through the 5 min wait to speak to an actual person), to find out how much they can "credit" my pizza. With it being so close, no idea why this location has went downhill so much so fast (it used to be awesome), but I won't be giving them anymore of my money. I then sent an employee to pick up the pizza and he was told they did not see our order even though he had the receipt and I sent him a picture of the confirmation email. I then had to call the store and ask what the problem was and was told it was miscommunication. By the time we got our pizza it was two hours old, cold, and nasty looking. I had ordered the pizza for my employees at the COVID hotline and swab clinic as a reward for the long hours they were working and for volunteering to come in on a cold Sunday to work and it ended up not being a reward at all.
