I waited for what seemed like forever to place our order and once I made it to the pick up window I realized that the employee (Caleb) was new so I understood the long wait. The manager was less than sympathetic and pointed out that the employee was new and did NOT offer to help him. The "manager" was checking each styrofoam meal making sure that "everything" was there before putting it in the bag to give to me (I usually check before leaving any restaurant to insure that everything was there) since the "manager" was checking I assumed my order was correct and proceeded home. Upon arriving home I quickly realized that my order was NOT correct and my sides were either not there or were WRONG. I called the restaurant and ended up speaking to the new employee that took my order in the drive thru. He was so nice and kept saying how sorry he was. I asked to speak to the manager since she was the one who was making sure the order was correct. I could hear her complaining to the other employees how she hated "working the window" and that the cold air was hurting her mouth and how she was going to call out the next day so that the management would take her serious. The new employee was trying to explain what my phone call was about and she was not having it. When she finally took my call I was telling her about the items missing and she flew off the handle and was just as rude to me as she was to her employee. I asked for her name and she said she didn't feel comfortable giving it to me, that was fine because I got her name the first time when she was complaining about working the drive thru. When I asked her if she was the manager she stated that she was in charge. When I asked for the corporate office number she told me that she was going to contact corporate because I was rude to her. Okay so I have called corporate several times and have left a few messages. This situation has proven to me that management is not always the best to handle all situations. I realized that Caleb was more concerned about me and my order than the one "in charge". I hope that she called out the next day and that she doesn't have to work the window anymore because no customer needs to hear her complain. The managers name was Mandy Mooningham. Maybe she will get trained...
Read moreAtmosphere was great!! We were eating before my boyfriend had to be at work at 2:15 pm. Everything was alright. We waited to order the lady helped me decide what type of fish I was describing. Very sweet and understanding. My first inside visit in many years.. My bf waited for while, I made the drinks and got condiments. Table was little dirty, I wiped it with a clorox wipe. But they were busy cleaning them. I just sat at a dirty table because it was out of the way of everyone/ everything. No big deal. However, when we finally got our food and started eating. Green beans flavor just wasn't there. Mac n cheese was great. Somehow the closed individual tarter sauces weren't the way tarter sauce has always tasted. And it was very runny.. I haven't had any issues in the past until this date. And not upset with the employees and my bf allowed me to take the food home. But he tossed it when I wasn't paying attention when he got out to go inside work. He works very hard and so do I. So for us to have a quick date, he was very disappointed by not getting to enjoy our food. Especially because food is very expensive these days. I'm sure I'll convince him to give it another chance....

He told her he would replace the entire meal and sorry for the mistake. On 5-13-18 I go in and show my receipt to Wes Mitchell. I explained my wife had called and spoke with him.He stated he didn't remember speaking to my wife in a tone as if I was l lying, He asked what was missing and seemed aggravated and turned to go to the kitchen and I asked if he was going to replace the meal.....he said he was gonna replace the missing item's only. He looked at the receipt and said this is over a month ago....BS! 10 more days would have been a month, 11 would have been over a month ago. In the 30 years Ive been to this capt.
