Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lebanon

The absolute worst Chipotle to go to, inside or period. I refuse to go to ANY chipotle now to spend my money. I’ll go elsewhere. This has happened too many times..

Your staff is the least welcoming I’ve ever seen keeping up a business. What a team… not only are we treated rudely like we never entered the business, we’re treated as if they don’t want us to come back- and it’s finally worked.

You keep young, rude staff that doesn’t respect or show the bare minimum of decency, or even manners to YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO BRING IN YOUR MONEY. If we’re supposed to be respectful, how come they’re so damn rude and dry. No smile. Welcome welcome, or even hello. All that aside we can’t even be fed or if we are, it’s dang sure not worth what we’re spending in there!

They’ll do anything to NOT work. I came inside to use the bathroom first, ( doors were unlocked) and then eat. It was 10:41… then this young Hispanic boy said “we’re not open yet. I said “okay, what time do you open?” He said “we’re not open” I said again, “what time do you open” he said 10:45… he wanted me to just leave is what he wanted.. and that’s exactly what I did!! It was 10:42… I could have sat a waited a second even though all the food was already ready and made and sitting. This is all within not even 30 seconds. So I walked out- won’t return either!

I cannot tell you how many times they have barely gave me a bowl with anything in it and I consistently have to ask for more because they choose to only give me a half scoop each time, IF THAT- at a time.. too damn scared to cook or work! It’s shameful. Oh no, I might have to do my job! Little do they know, now MY time to eat is now up, and I was STARVING- I’m currently doing my job… and haven’t eaten, now I don’t have time to!

What if I had low sugar???

Food was already cooked and there. So what was the reason besides laziness?

It’s quite irritating considering a lot of us bust our asses for the little bit of money we get to “enjoy..” while still having to be on the job working! DO BETTER! It’s so bad that if it was the last place on earth to eat, I’d go out and hunt before eating here!!!! IM THE NICEST PUSHOVER.. SO TO HAVE A COMPLAINT FROM ME- YALL MUST REALLY BE RUDE, LAZY AND AWFUL……… AND ITS BEEN FREAKING REPETITIVE.

I understand a lot! I get we have bad days but these people are ridiculous, ESPECIALLY the Hispanics in there! EVERY.. SINGLE.. TIME. It’s everybody!

Damn shame, yall will never get my money or a few others that I know. My family and friends agree with the service at hand- it SUCKS.

It’s just not worth ruining my good mood AND breaking my pockets to deal with that bullshit customer service. Then still not get any food in my bowl. I’m tired of yall and I know quite a few others who are just as dissatisfied as I am. Sadly, that alone says something!

My husband and I went there on Saturday. We walked in right at 12:00pm (we joked about being on time for lunch).

The staff was nice enough. I ordered a bowl. I got rice, no beans, and chicken. Unfortunately, they were out of grilled veggies. I asked if they were totally out, and I got a shrug. So I guess they were. I also got guacamole because I had the promotion tied to my account of free guac. My husband got a burrito, and we each got drinks. I scanned my account and told them about the free guacamole.

The drink station is around the corner, and when we turned, two of their fresh drinks were empty. I settled for one of the drinks, which was not what I wanted. As in I would have never paid for a drink if I would have seen that they were empty. We also overheard someone in the table next to us complain about the syrup being out in one of the sodas.

We started eating and the chicken was so bad. I kept pulling gross pieces out that were inedible. My husband was doing the same thing. It was truly gross. Like cartilage-type pieces of meat.

I got home and looked at the receipt. They charged both my husband and I for guacamole. So I got no veggies, gross chicken, not the drink I wanted and no free guacamole. All in all, won’t be returning here.

We usually go to the Mt. Juliet location near I-40 and that place is great. Generous portions, quality meat, friendly staff. So I guess we’ll stay with the Mt. Juliet location even if it’s not...

The inside was absolutely disgusting. Employees when not busy would just stand there like they didnt know how to clean. While eating in the dining room I saw an employee who just worked the register walk by the food and push food on the counter back into the food bins with his bare hands. How damn disgusting, then he walked over to wash his hands from getting food on his hands pushing food back into the bins. This is the kind of stuff if a food inspector saw happen they would shut the place down and make them throw all the food away that was in those bins. I have read all the bad reviews on this place and decided to give it a try for the first time since opening and guess we should have just walked out. My first impression of how dirty the food prep area was really turned my off. This is our first and last time eating here. Do yourself a favor and eat at speedy burrito in Lebanon over this place. Food is much better and half the cost. My wife and I spent just over $39 for one steak burrito bowl, one steak burrito, chips and queso and two drinks. Unreal how expensive. We don't spend that much for dinner at most places and if you do it's a nice sit down dinner. Employees at this location all seem very unhappy and don't interact with...
