The one star is because the employees are very kind and treat me with respect and compassion. With that being said, this dunkin needs better management. They are constantly out of EVERYTHING from coffee flavors, alternative milks, foods, and even napkins. Almost never have donuts unless it’s 7 am. The dining room needs to be sanitized, the marketing is not put up properly or neatly if it’s up at all. The employees are overworked and understaffed. And on top of that the manager has informed employees that if an order is over 50$ they are not to take it and customers have to call ahead. I was told this in store after ordering for me and my 5 kids, just getting 4 sandwiches 4 coffees and a box of munchkins put me over $50. So you can imagine how embarrassed I felt being told it was a “large order” also on this day the mobile ordering wasn’t even available. the manager needs some lessons in etiquette as well as how to properly maintain inventory. Save yourself the trouble and go ten minutes down the road to the other dunkin. They are cleaner, well...
Read moreTerrible manager. She told the employee to come tell me I need to drink my coffee before I leave to make sure it’s right next time because my name has been mentioned twice for a drink replacement. I told her okay, you guys messed up it up twice this month out of the 5-6 times a week I come, but okay I will check your coffee. She rolled her as eyes as if I was lying and trying to scam a $2 latte and walked off quickly. Mind you I come almost daily and I have only seen this employee the last couple of weeks, because their turnover rate is so high. I asked the other employee for the manager and she comes over and agrees with her actions and tells me my name has been listed toooo much. two times I have never been so embarrassed and treated like a scammer trying to get something free just because they can’t get their coffee right. Manager also tried to lie and pretend to be the owner when we called. I love Dunkin’ coffee when it’s made right but I will never support this...
Read moreWe came in to an empty dining room and a few cars in the driveway. I ordered a mixed dozen of donuts and was told to wait for them to be packed. Two more families ordered after me and the drive thru line filled. After five minutes I returned to the counter and asked for my order. I was informed that some of the donuts I had ordered were now sold out because they were given to people coming through the drive thru. I told her that I when I had selected my donut order those specific donuts were available and had she packed them as I ordered them I would not have to now figure out substitutes. She was annoyed, rolled her eyes at me, packed them, and then apologized that what I ordered was no longer available. Rolling your eyes at a customer is never acceptable. Selling what has already been sold to another customer isn't acceptable. Not properly training your staff is unacceptable. Your cashier needs to be retrained on proper procedures and...
