Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lebanon

Hello My name is Ryan. I go to Jimmy John's probably once a week regularly. No matter where I am. I like eating at Jimmy John's. I regularly stop in at The Jimmy John's in Lebanon Missouri. I stopped in today actually about 30 minutes ago. To pick myself up something to eat on my way home from work. I usually spend anywhere from $20 to sometimes Even $50 each time I stop depending on if it's myself eating or I'm feeding my family. Never do I usually have any issue. The food is fine and the service is great. Nothing really to complain about. But tonight was far from that so I ordered my food. The lady that took my order was very, very kind and provided the same service. I always received. Then I went to fill my drink and wait for my food to be done I got my bag as I normally do placed my napkins in my bag. And waited for my sandwiches to come down-the-line. I was the only one in the store at this time waiting on their food. Once my sandwiches came down-the-line, I grabbed my sandwiches. Put them in my bag waited for the gentleman to hand me. My receipt, that was making my sandwiches. At which time when he handed me my receipt. He said "for future reference. Don't ever reach over my counter again, do you understand" So I was very shocked. I said. Yes, sir, I understand thank you as I started to walk out of the store. I realized that's not how I like to be treated as a customer who spends money at any. Establishment, I asked him for his name. He said. What do you need that for I know Asked him again for his name he said his name was john Something made me feel like he was lying to me. So I asked to talk to a manager. At which time he said why? Why do you need to talk to a manager? I again asked to talk to a manager. He got a young girl from the back. Who appeared to act as if she was the manager. I asked her what is that gentleman's name. She said his name is Aaron. So his name is not John, I said no, sir. His name is Aaron so I explain the situation to her, and she appeared to be kind of shocked at which time a younger lady who was sitting at a table in the eating area of the restaurant. Not wearing Jimmy John's uniform started to take up and defend the gentleman behind the counter, giving reasoning to the situation and defending him for his actions. I asked her, are you an employee here? She said yes. I listen to what she had to say and then told her. I do not think that that gives him the right to do what he did in this situation. I then left the store and I am leaving this review. Because my experience, this evening was not a very good one. And I will be following up with the store manager of this location about...

Jimmy John's has always been one of my favorite sandwich places, which is one of the many reasons I chose to work here. We have been open for approximately two months now. As a current employee, I can guarantee the freshness of the sandwiches. Our vegetables are sliced fresh every day. Meat is sliced in-shop; and fresh bread is constantly being baked for our wonderful customers. Something that I, as well as other employees, take pride in is with how clean we keep the restaurant. Every inch of the store gets cleaned daily, if not a few times a day. I would recommend this to anyone that appreciates a clean, friendly, fast, and delicious restaurant. On a personal note, I love the #8. One of our most popular sandwiches, if you dare to be adventurous, would be the #9. It has vito, ham, provolone, onions, mayo, tomatoes, oil & vinegar, and oregano on it. There are a multitude of personalizations that you can make to your sub. So me and my daughter have been in the ER sense 3 am and got out a little after 10 so she wants Jim John’s so we I ask for a number 12 and she asked for number 7 something like that I get home it’s a number 11 so I call and she literally calling me a liar saying I did not order a number 12 I ordered the number 11 and I know I ordered a number 12 always have never done an 11 don’t like him so I know I didn’t order a number 12 she missed up my sandwich and call me a liar so I asked my daughter what number did I order she said a number 12 turkey I said right but she gave me a number 11 and calling me a liar saying I ordered the number 11 So when I call up there, she’s gonna tell me or she’ll give me half off A new sandwich cause I got the giant I didn’t even eat the sandwich Still sitting here My grandkids eat it so I’m telling you now if you go to one Lebanon Missouri, they don’t get your order right and then they call you a liar when you tell them that your...
