Little Caesars is one of the best pizza chains when it comes to value and taste combined. Their pizzas are always hot, fresh, and ready to go, which makes them perfect for people who don’t want to wait a long time for food. For the price you pay, you get a lot more than expected, and that’s one of the main reasons so many people keep coming back.
The menu has great options without being overwhelming. The classic pepperoni pizza is a favorite for good reason—it’s cheesy, flavorful, and loaded with pepperoni. Their Detroit-style deep dish has a rich, buttery crust that stands out from other chains. And of course, Crazy Bread with the garlic butter and parmesan is something you can’t skip—it’s just as good as the pizza itself.
The taste of Little Caesars pizza is surprisingly satisfying. The crust has a nice balance of soft and crunchy, the sauce is tangy but not overpowering, and the cheese always stretches just right. Their stuffed crust pizzas are especially good because they give you that extra cheesy bite at the end. Everything feels comforting and filling, making it a great choice for both kids and adults.
Service is another strong point for Little Caesars. Because of their Hot-N-Ready setup, you rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes, and most of the time your pizza is already ready when you walk in. The employees are usually fast and polite, keeping things simple so you can grab your food and enjoy it right away.
Overall, Little Caesars is a really good pizza place if you’re looking for quality food at an unbeatable price. The flavors are delicious, the portions are generous, and the convenience can’t be matched. Whether it’s for a family dinner, a quick lunch, or a snack with friends, Little Caesars proves that you don’t have to spend a lot to enjoy really good pizza. Read moreIf you want to be yelled at as a customer by a guy wearing a cowboy hat in the kitchen this is the place to spend your hard earned money! Tonight I went in and I said “hi” to the cashier and he ignored my greeting and jumped into asking what I wanted. I would have asked how he was if he bothered to be friendly but he didn’t even say hello back. Then, my food takes longer than the 10 minute wait he said. Then the cowboy wearing employee checks on me after about 15 minutes of waiting and I said it was taking longer than they said. His only (and incredible customer service) reply, “well that’s what happens”. Not a sorry. Not a, I’ll check on it. Not just a simple, we are busy we are working on it (side note, not even that busy). At 20 minutes, cowboy hat comes up again and asks for my name and I told him the cashier didn’t even say hello back to me let alone ask my name and he immediately jumped down my throat and YELLED at me to stop (in front of my seven year old) and to just give him my name even though they didn’t have it. I asked for my money back because I didn’t like the wait or the customer service and he continued to lock me and raise his voice at me and surprise! He couldn’t find my name while trying to give me back my money, because AGAIN I wasn’t asked. I will never EVER appreciate being yelled at in an budget friendly establishment I have frequented as a single mom. I asked if he was the franchise owner, he had a smart reply like I was dumb because it’s not a franchise (which I didn’t know). I asked if he owned the store and how I could talk to the manager and...
Read moreI ordered two Italian cheesy breads for pickup today when I was about 10 minutes away from the store. Pulled up, went inside, it wasn't ready yet, which was fine, my app still said I had about 5-6 minutes left until the latest pickup time it quoted me. Now I've worked in food service for 8 years, I understand that when you're busy, things run later. They were in fact not busy, I watched one customer come in to pick up a DoorDash order, she gave the name and they didn't even look for the order. I was able to see that it was right there in the pickup portal and they let her sit in the store wasting her time before even bothering to look. Another customer came in to order at the counter and sat with his money outstretched in his hand for at least 3 minutes while the kid behind the counter scrolled through his phone, not paying attention. After being told two times my order was 'almost ready', (it is now 10 minutes past estimated time of completion) I stood up to ask for an actual time frame. The kid looked at me like I was bothering him, then walked back to pick up the two boxes that I'd seen sitting there for at least 4 minutes. I was absolutely livid, this is not good customer service, if I was the GM walking into that mess, I would've lost my absolute mind. We are paying for a service, you are getting paid to do your job....
