Last time I came through my snowball had barely any liquid in it. Usually it is always perfect so I didn’t complain. I went again today and got a medium and was handed a snowball that didn’t even come up over the lip of the cup, and I took a bite and the whole thing collapsed into the bottom into liquid. Absolutely love Sharky’s Snowballs! The snowballs are always delicious, with so many great flavors to choose from, and they’re perfect for a hot day. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the amazing service. Lily, Kaylee, Maddie, and Emaleigh are the best! They’re so friendly, welcoming, and always make sure every order is just right. They truly make Sharky’s feel like a fun place to stop by again and again....

This place is 10's across the board. I have a love for Snowcones that is insane & this place fixes my obsession, they are literally the best. It's soft like snow, never clumpy hard pieces of ice & the different flavors are amazing.
