Zero customer service. Waited 10+ minutes for a hamburger to be made wrong. The app clearly showed my order and clearly I did not get what I ordered. I hadn't taken a single bite of it, I told them I can't eat this you can have it back, I don't want to wait another 10 minutes for it to be remade, I would like a refund. They refused to give me a refund since I ordered using the App. I said if you can't refund my card you can do a cash refund and they refused, I even said I would take the amount on a gift card. They refused all of it and basically said it's not their problem there is no way they are giving me a refund. They said they just make the food, they don't have anything to do with the app. I paid Sonic, are you not Sonic, does it not say Sonic right there on your sign? When someone orders in the App you just make it for free and give it away? They absolutely refused to give me a refund and I'm being extremely patient, they insist the only way I'm getting a refund is to call the customer service number in the app and promise me I will get a refund in less than 24 hours. I go home and call the number in the app and it says the estimated wait time for a representative is 45 minutes! All I wanted was my money back and I'm not going to wait 45 minutes on hold to get it. Read moreI was so happy when they updated their app. It made it much easier for a traveler. Today I was in Lebanon Mo. I ordered ice for three in my mobile app and went for inside pick up. I did this because they were busy and I didn't want to make them walk for a mundane order. I always order on my app and nearly always get it at the drive thru. Today they informed me they couldn't give it to me as they were unable to use their system to do so. I showed them where I ordered with inside pick up. I told them I had been picking up my orders at their drive thru all week. A short blonde girl who looked about 15 informed me I was getting an attitude with her and I needed to lose it. I shook my head in disbelief and did roll my my eyes. She went on about i didn't need to be rolling my eyes at her and told me again to lose my attitude. She was likely the nastiest child I've ever heard in a place of business. I would never allow my child to speak to anyone this way. I asked for the manager.
