Actually my complaint is with the auto rental service ran by Charlie Luthrey. I came in a few weeks ago to rent a vehicle and paid 500 deposit and I paid a month rent because I wanted to be on a monthly pay and not a weekly. He only had one car to choose from so I accepted it because I needed a vehicle. Within a few days the engine light came on, which they pay for repairs but ypu have to still make time to take them and pick them up. We called back and told him we needed another vehicle because the engine light came back on in a few days after getting it back. His policy is you have to wait 6 months to change vehicles. After two weeks of a headache I went elsewhere to buy a vehicle and took rental back. Guess what? No refund for the time I had paid. So if you go here keep in mind that he is really nice when you are paying him and know the book as well as he does...
