The young girl at the first drive up window seem to care more about playing with her cell phone than she did taking care of customers. She told me the amount and I gave her cash. She opened the cash drawer and then started playing on her phone. I assumed she was waiting for some change. Someone brought back a roll of quarters she put them in the drawer and took another order. Then started playing on her phone again. I assumed she was waiting for another roll of coins. She leaned against the window with her back to me and started playing on her phone texting someone. No communication about whether she was still waiting for change or not. About 3 minutes later I'm still waiting and just about to blow the horn when she turns around and says you can pull forward. I told her I'm not leaving till I get my change. At that point the pickup truck behind me that had already ordered pulled out of the line and just left. Your cell phone addicted employee lost you the customer behind me and made me pretty unhappy. You need to have an employee rule of no personal cell phones while working. When we ordered double cheeseburgers we received single cheese burgers! Asked for ranch to dip our burgers & frys in and was told NO, They refused, then ask to purchase ranch packets since this is how we have always eaten them still was told NO and they refused to give us ranch packets..... same order tried to order a Coke but they were out.... this is a direct reflection of poor management & planning! When I called once we got home & asked to speak to a manager it was the same lady who refused to give us the ranch so no use talking to her.... I will leave this review and also not be spending our money with this location anytime soon! Plenty of other options for fast food restaurants & will be choosing them all long before we choose to go to...
Read moreI try to make allowances for employees who actually show up to work but this is getting ridiculous. I’ve gone to this location multiple times and the wait times are now up to 30 minutes from ordering to getting your food. For a “fast food” place this is completely unacceptable. Today for example I placed a mobile order for some food when we arrived the line was almost out to the street do I tried to go in only to have a sign on the door saying that the lobby was closed due to no staff. I should’ve left then but since I had already paid via the app I had to wait 30 minutes to get to the window only to have an inconsiderate delivery guy walk up to the window (cutting me off) to get the delivery.
