Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Lebanon

I did not appreciate at ALL how I was treated tonight after ordering my food. I had burned my dinner and decided to come and try Zaxbys for dinner. As I was ordering the guy (Jacob R.) had sighed at me and was sounding VERY annoyed at me for the food I was ordering, mind you I spent almost $80 on food for my family to enjoy. After I had paid he slammed the money in my hand and as he was laughing with other employees not even looking at me as he was handing me my money, told me to pull forward with an attitude. He almost didn’t hand me a receipt. THEN to top off the entire encounter he threw the food in the window hitting my face with the 2 large bags and walked away. No apology or anything. I am very upset with how I was treated tonight and will let everyone I can, know about it. Jacob R. you have the WORST customer service out of everywhere I have EVER been and I do not say that lightly. What has happened to Zaxby's. The sandwich I had today was so greasy I through it out for the birds and I bet they i change did not eat it.It will probably rot on I-40. The pictures you see are not the same .A monkey could make a better sandwich with its eyes closed. The person who hires these workers the training period should be more then the sink or swim period. I have been a Zaxby's customer when it came to middle tn guess the training period is the same for all the stores which is none what was a good place to get a good sandwich in a hurry today greasey grilled chicken didnot fit into the bun along with tomato lettuce and the mustard . a finger bowl should be included along with a knife and fork.a A finger bowl should be on the menus @ no price .the napkins are to cheap to clean up the slimlie mustard and greasy chicken that dont stay in the bun when someone is trying to hold...

My work is not far from here, and I love zaxbys, but the experiences I’ve had the past few times have not been good. My order has been messed up every time, even when I repeat myself. However, what made me really come to Google and post is I have been sick (not contagious), and unfortunately got dizzy in the drive-thru so my boyfriend had to come get me and I left my car in parking lot while I went to the hospital. The officer called me 3 hours later to tell me the manager was going to tow my vehicle if I don’t come get it off his property even with me explaining the situation.
