I did not appreciate at ALL how I was treated tonight after ordering my food. I had burned my dinner and decided to come and try Zaxbys for dinner. As I was ordering the guy (Jacob R.) had sighed at me and was sounding VERY annoyed at me for the food I was ordering, mind you I spent almost $80 on food for my family to enjoy. After I had paid he slammed the money in my hand and as he was laughing with other employees not even looking at me as he was handing me my money, told me to pull forward with an attitude. He almost didn’t hand me a receipt. THEN to top off the entire encounter he threw the food in the window hitting my face with the 2 large bags and walked away. No apology or anything. I am very upset with how I was treated tonight and will let everyone I can, know about it. Jacob R. you have the WORST customer service out of everywhere I have EVER been and I do not say that lightly. However, what made me really come to Google and post is I have been sick (not contagious), and unfortunately got dizzy in the drive-thru so my boyfriend had to come get me and I left my car in parking lot while I went to the hospital.
