Hardee’s — Restaurant in Lebanon

My wife and I visited this Hardee's location this afternoon. We came inside the dining area to order and eat our food. Our order was taken promptly and were given our order number. We received our cups and got our drinks. My wife had a seat at a table and then the wait began. I stood up near the counter waiting for our order to be filled along with several other customers. As the time went by customers started to give looks and murmuring of disgust for the amount of time it took to receive our orders. I was the last one standing up at the counter. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting one of their members announced part of the order "Hot Ham etc". I asked, is this order#.. and she looked in the bag and said yes. I took the food to my table and pulled it out and gave my wife hers which was a "Hot Ham". By the time I ate a few fries and opened my sandwich, I saw that my sandwich was wrong. I took my sandwich back to the counter and then the same member that gave me the food just wanted to argue with me and causing a scene in front of other now waiting customers. There was no reasoning with this woman member. She then gave me another bag that was just filled and accused me of taking another person's food. There was just the one bag that was given to me by the member when I asked is this order #.. I then got the correct food and then observed the same member point me out and bad mouth me to the customer that was supposed to have gotten the order that we initially received. The food ended up being poor quality and just luke warm. Needless to say, we threw most of it away. I would not recommend this Hardee's restaurant to anyone. If I could have given this store 0 stars, it still would have...

The rating is poor, for the morning shift, very unprofessional staff that look very unsanitary to be working around food, they never have on or wear uniforms. They look like they just woke up, threw on anything they could find and walked out the door headed to serve the public, has received numerous complaints and yet NOTHING from the Franklin headquarters has changed. This morning I was treated very foul at this location and it’s not the first time, I saw holey green underwear because of the sag and no belt. I don’t want to see all this if I’m being served food from your establishment. The attitudes were and are horrible coming off that front line from the morning shift, always. Bottom line is, this place on South Cumberland in Lebanon TN. needs a thorough cleaning, Professional workers whom can appreciate their jobs and what they do or it needs to be shut down until proper management can be put in place. And no I don’t want free food, instead just better service. The store on West Main is friendly and do an awesome job serving the public, go there to get your food...

Usually this is a great drive through at breakfast. It's usually professional and quick and your order would be correct. Today I had to repeat my order because I could hear in the background that the cashier was laughing and talking to someone else and of course then they still didn't get it right even after I repeated it. I asked for 4 breakfast bisquits and grape jelly for my husband and I, but what do I get, 2 breakfast bisquits and no jelly. That's ok, I don't need to eat. I only just finished 12 hours of work and I'm starving. I also pass by plenty of other restaurants on my way home. I will not be stopping at this one anytime soon. Also, when giving money back you really should count it back instead of haphazardly handing it back with the change on top and the bills turned and flipped the wrong way. It makes it very difficult to handle and your forced to sit there and count and straighten to make sure it's right while everyone is waiting...
