I previously purchased a gold cross from this location and had the best customer service experience, but unfortunately I wonāt be returning after my last visit. I went in to buy gold chain and was completely ignored by the employee working. She was casually chatting with another employee about her weekend. I waited until they were done speaking and asked her if she could help me so I could make a decision as to what chain Iād like to purchase. She seemed very ANNOYED that she had to assist me. Iāll admit Iām a 27 year old female so maybe she thought I didnāt actually have the money to commit to a purchase (which I did, again not like I havenāt shopped at this location before). She walked away while I was in the middle of talking to assist someone else. I ended up going to another associate that knows me well and made the purchase anyways. The sad thing is the associate said that this is their new assistant manager Kate. If you shop at this location use ask for another associate, thereās plenty of amazing people there. She just isnāt one of them, Iām not sure if they make commission but that woman doesnāt deserve your time or money.

I would strongly recommend that you take the time to discuss with your employees the importance of treating everyone with respect, no matter the way someone dresses, their age or color of their skin. I went in on a Sunday at 6:30 (not knowing that stuff closes at 7) and I was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt. Normally when you go into any fancy store in sweatpants you get ignored. This was not the case here! Matt and Kate were awesome! They interacted with my kids and made us feel comfortable and not rushed at all! My purchase ended at about 7:20 due to the problem dealing with the credit card company regarding my rural route address and not once did they make me feel rushed. As bad as I felt for keeping them late, they made it seem like it was no big deal to them and they didnāt mind! I love the chain I got, Iāll love the watch too once I get the links taken off!
