Aroma Joe’s — Restaurant in Lee

Am a rewards member and frequent several area locations. This one (Lee) is often out of things and they can close their ovens as early as 7pm. I get staff prolly wants to get home but it would be nice if the ovens were shut at the same time every day so we know what to expect.

[Edit to answer question: it is usually one or more of the sandwiches. The times it has happened to us it is late morning or early afternoon. We always ask if they ran out or just didn't get them. I've come through this drive through two days in a row now and for some reason they can't get my simple request right. I come with my own cup and my own ice and ask for my own ice only and yet 2 days in a row when I order my double rush they like to put a scoop of their own dirty ice in there. Don't go to this Aroma Joe's because apparently they can't listen to very simple requests, I'd hate to see what somebody with a real allergy or problem might do. The Aroma Joe's in Barrington less than 2 miles away has never had a problem with this, and I will be going there from now on...

I sat in the drive thru waiting for my order which remind you was just two drinks a lemonade and a rush. The rush I asked for no ice and shimmer at the first window. As I waited at the second window the girl got an attitude when I asked if the drink had shimmer in it. Then proceeded to complain and tell me that on the board it said it wasn’t supposed to when I clearly told the girl it did.
