The pizza is good, they have a large selection, they deliver fairly quickly, and the staff is OK, though seem to mess up sandwich orders every time...

I've updated my review to one star. As I mentioned above in my original review, which was originally five stars, they would often mess up on sandwiches. To accommodate this, I would just order other things, and stopped ordering sandwiches there. Tonight, on Halloween, after spending hours walking with the kids, we just wanted to order a pizza. We called them up, and they said there was a problem with delivery. This is not the first time, in fact, 60% of the time when we have called them, there is a problem with their delivery; They always make some excuse as to why they can't deliver at that time; someone sick, they have too many orders, Etc.

Well tonight was no different, and they asked us to pick up the order after 45 minutes because they were extremely busy. We accommodated the request, got there 45 minutes later, and what we got in return was cold pizza. I called to let them know I was disappointed in the order, and they said that I would get 10% off next time. Wow, so $30 worth of food that I have to now either heat up or toss, is going to save me up to $3 if I go there again?

If I'm going to have to wait 45 minutes, it would be in my best interest to simply go next door to the grocery store, buy a pizza, cook it for 25 minutes, and not have to pay such a high price for a company that consistently has these kind of issues. Their pizza is good, but these kind of issues are standard there and I have overlooked them because they are a local pizza place, but I can't do that anymore.

They don't have great service, they don't take responsibility for mistakes, and I'm not simply going to continue ignoring it, because I have ordered there many times over the past few years, because they are very close to my house, and because they are the one of the only pizza companies that deliver here. But more than half the time, they have asked us to pick up for one reason or another. Once even calling us 30 minutes after we placed an order, because there was a problem with their delivery driver. They are less than 1 minute away. It's not that hard to make us happy, and I have ignored these issues for a few years now, and don't believe I've given an accurate review because I was being too hopeful that they would improve. I’m out of my local area. I ordered from this pizza place on a whim, because they were the only shop open after 8pm. I ordered a steak bomb, French fries and tiramisu. The young lady on the phone was attentive and friendly. While I was waiting for my food, I figured I would go look at their reviews and read some really good reviews and bad. It comes with owning a business, you can’t make everyone happy.

My experience: the pizza shop is old timey, in such a a nostalgic way!! It brings me back to my childhood times eating pizza with my dad.

The employees were not on drugs, they were all alert and getting ready to call it a night cleaning up, and making last minute orders. they were very nice and super friendly - I actually feel bad that someone would come and spread lies about people especially thru a google review. From the reviews I read, that was not my experience at all. The exact opposite. Inside this pizza shop, I met genuinely sweet people, who provide food to the public. I am thankful they were open, so I could grab food as I just got out of work.

The food: the French fries were top tier!! The steak bomb was phenomenal and exactly how I ordered it. The tiramisu was moist and delectable, and the flavor was everything!!

If you take anything was from this review, let it be that you cannot judge a book by its cover, or “google review,” these hateful lies written by whoever, are just that. Not what I experienced at all. American people are breaking their backs to pay the bills and be able to survive. For people to come on here, and lie about small businesses. You should be ashamed of yourself.

To the owners and the employees, just keep being you, and keep serving amazing food to the people of NH. Your food and service were great, and I will be returning when I am back in the area.

My fiance and I use to come here religiously once a week (on a Monday) because the food was amazing and who wants to cook on a Monday? Unfortunately it feels/seems as though the food quality has gone down hill the past 3 times we’ve gone. Definitely sad as we thoroughly enjoyed what we thought was a quick pop in for dinner. The steak and cheese was good until a condiment was forgotten on several occasions. Asked for the sandwich to be toasted as well. Not toasted. Went in for a large Buffalo chicken pizza which we had before and it was INCREDIBLE…This experience not so much. On the menu it says Buffalo chicken no red sauce. We ordered to eat in as we always did , brought to our table and all which was great! We each took a bite and was not what was to be expected, cut up tenders on top of cheese, on top of red sauce. Brought it to the cooks attention, and the fix was drizzling buffalo sauce over the top and calling it a day instead of remaking the pizza that we paid $24 for. The chicken finger plates that USE to be amazing now are of a different quality/brand it seems like. I’m not one to post a review but after 3 different tries giving hopes that maybe it was a fluke night or whatever the case may be…it has turned into a big disappointment and to what my fiance and I would consider to be“a waste of money” We truly truly hope things turn around for the better. But as for now, we unfortunately will be taking our business an extra 15 minutes up the road to where the food is a little more expensive but the order is always met to customer satisfaction.
