I go here every day since they opened, and order a Trenta, Strawberry Acai lemonade refresher, with no berries added in. Now, it's supposed to be mixed in the mixer container and then poured into my cup... Most of the employees here are lazy and I get a cup of warm strawberry base on the bottom, and then watery lemonade and ice on top because the can't take two seconds to mix it. I've also had times when the berries have been added in... Now mistakes happen and I totally get it, but if I let you know that there's supposed to be no berries, that doesn't mean roll your eyes and huff at me and then go half scoop them out and hand it back. It means remake the damn lemonade without the berries. You effed up, okay it happens 🤷🏻‍♀️ but for real, lose the nasty attitude when I ask you to fix it properly... Very meh experience. 15/20 minute wait in the drive thru line and then a few minute wait at the window. Once up to the window they had me pay, and THEN questioned what my order was. All fine, I know it gets confusing and backed up. Then a few minutes later somebody new came up to the window and asked what my order was. I told them and they handed me my drink and bread slice. The mocha cookie crumble drink I got was almost completely melted with no whipped cream on the bottom and there was no knife to go with my pumpkin bread and butter.
