I really wanted to like it here. Everyone but my stylist seemed friendly and competent. I was a first time customer, and so I was given to the newest employee. Either hire better people or I really think you need to reconsider giving new customers to your new, obviously inexperienced hires. You will never get repeat new business. Not only did my appointment start off 15 minutes late, I have never had a worse experience getting a haircut in my life. Ever. I can't believe I spent 98 dollars and 4 hours being patronized saying how pretty it would look, for a terrible, uneven hair cut that was nothing like what I asked for, even after the owner "corrected" it saying foils can be "unpredictable". By the end of it, I had just resigned myself to having bad hair and hoping it would grow out fast, and getting the hell out of there. Mortifying. I should have gone to super cuts. Atleast it would have been cheaper and less insulting. I really hate giving bad reviews to a local business.... But you earned it.

Reply to owner 7/15/20- Thank you for your reply, however I did have an appointment. Which I was on time for. Also, based on the looks that we were getting by the more experienced stylists that did not currently have clients, they knew something was not being done correctly. When I mentioned that it was not the color or cut that I asked for once it was done. You (the owner) came over and instead of validating my concerns, said that foils are unpredictable and patronized me instead of apologizing or reducing the price. Because of the cut I got, you couldnt "fix" it. I basically had to wait for it to grow out. Why would I come back? Again thanks for your reply, but you clearly didnt even read my review. My friend Went here i meant and the lady done a horrible job on her hair and brows I felt so bad for her.I couldn't fix it, for her . She butched her hair and screwed her eyebrows up badly . She went to another place They told her come back about six months won't be able to be fixed until they have few to grow back. Told her never to go here again. Very unprofessional. My wife who is recovering from a recent surgery needed help washing her hair. She made an appointment with her favorite stylist at A NU Du. She cannot drive yet so I took her to her appointment. When we got there she was told that the stylist she had an appointment with was not available as they had double booked that time slot. They offered a different stylist to wash my wife's hair, until the stylist she requested was available, but washing her hair was all my wife needed, so the offer made no sense and she refused.
