McDonald's — Restaurant in Leeds

The service is as fast as you would expect, when it's lunch time and a busy area then got to expect at McDonald's is going to be one of the busy ones The reason for the food being three stars instead of four or five would be that I could tell that maybe it was the bottom of the batch but I'm not downing it because of the freshness because obviously they could go through three basket and fries by the time I order and just get my order because everybody's ordering fries so there's no batch of fries it's going to be unfresh because they're selling too many of them to be unfresh or to even sit out for 20 minutes so that would not be the reason. The reason would be because when I did get the fries they weren't even lukewarm, they weren't cold but they were the same temperature as I was feeling on the outside you know and I would have preferred them to be warm or even hotter than warm I think that plays a trick with my mind but I don't know if that would mean that maybe they're warmer that they have the fries in might not be working correctly because they didn't even have a temperature to him at all, they weren't cold obviously but they were room temperature so I might have gotten the very last batch at the bottom which is not upsetting just because somebody's got to get it but I would have preferred hotter fries. I really like McDonald's a whole lot and it's mainly just for the purpose of the person that owned and invented McDonald's is pretty much in a matter of speaking the reason why and how I make money lol if you're confused by that, you're more than welcome to look up and see how that occurred it's actually called the McDonald's formula a business. You can learn everything about any business in the entire world if you worked at McDonald's except for ownership. You see McDonald's made 81% of their money, now keep in mind they're only a restaurant they don't have any other entities only a restaurant so you would imagine that if I said 81% of McDonald's money you would have imagined me to say came off food... But in fact only 19% of money is made by McDonald's from their food. Because unlike most people think, there could be a McDonald's right here and one directly across the street most people might say well that's bad for business, but McDonald's isn't the richest company in the world and own more land than anybody in the entire world and is the fastest growing company in the entire world and they didn't do all that with $0.25 hamburgers and 15-year-old kids... Only 19% of their money comes from food. The other 81%? Well McDonald's is not in the hamburger game or in the french fry game they're in the real estate game. That's their business is real estate not McDonald's food. It's actually called the McDonald's for me business if you go to look it up but I love McDonald's and surprising twist it is Donald Trump's favorite food as well. Every single day he gets two fish fillet sandwiches, he orders the same thing every time, and it's the reason why Trump don't pay taxi taxes I don't pay taxes That's why Jeff bezos don't pay taxes and every real estate agent in the entire world knows that what you do is you borrow money from the bank and you buy assets with it like property or anything else and that's it you Bob, it pays your debt and pays you so I actually get into debt on purpose I love debt and that's all I do is I don't want to pay taxes so I don't want to work a job I want to borrow money and so I love McDonald's. Wanted to update! Goes to show u that higher up management does read these! I can't tell you how much this McDonald's has beefed ( lol) their game! Since June EVERY time I went they were ready! Frappe machine has never went down since the below review! Now that I've gained weight from daily frappe with Expresso! I've had to back down a tad! But it's wonderful to report the friendliness, ready to serve, and powerful fast!!

I've shared before my disappointment in this restaurant. I don't eat anything from here nor I'm I one of those people that doesn't recognize portions of a serving. But since April I was turned on to the mocha frappe with expresso! I'm hooked! In fact so much so I started going on my way to work for one. So Leeds McDonald's was the closest, . I understand that sometimes things break. But this is not the case with this place, can't be! I've been going to the moody/Brompton exit McDonald's by loves gas! They are the sweetest nicest people! Not one would join me in my rage about the Leeds store. NOT ONE TIME HAVE I BEEN TOLD ITS DOWN EITHER! Yesterday I took a chance and stopped as it was so much closer. I figured hey it been more than 3 weeks! Yep it's fixed! But it's down again! WHAT! YOUR KIDDING ME 😜 I will never go back now! So from 05/01/22 to 05/24/22 still down. OR BROKEN! So bottom line, I know stuff breaks, stuff happens. But this tells me the staff doesn't care about the customer.

Tells me you really don't care about the customer. To keep machine in good working order. At loves McDonald's.they aren't a fan of that machine either but it works...

We attempted to eat here early Saturday Morning! There were two people behind us that my bf let order before us bc I needed to quickly take our son to the restroom. When I came back to the line the cashier was still struggling with taking their order. Several minutes later a few customers came in off of a bus and were trying to cut ahead of us. We inched closer to the couple in front of us to make it clear to the rude individuals behind us that we were next in line to order. Once it was our turn to order we stepped up just as I was opening my mouth to order the rude customers behind us started ordering their food and then cut directly in front of us/ stood next to us. NOT once did the cashier say anything to them and they were all ordering separately! This was a HUGE BUS GROUP that kept repeatedly cutting us in line and the cashier let them get but with it!!! We literally had to go across the street to Chick FIl A in order to get breakfast. We will NOT be back to this location ever again! Get a cashier and a manager who properly knows how to run a business. Because the Saturday Morning workers ( female front cashier n manager have no business working...
