Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Leesburg

Went Xmas shopping and we always get Auntie Annes pretzels wherever and whenever we shop. We were at Leesburg Outlets and when we went there, it was completely empty. Not one customer in there, yet the place was absolutely filthy and 4 people (at one point 5 but the other person went back behind the scene) stood behind the counter. One was rolling dough and making pretzels and another was doing something else with pretzels. One boy was standing around and joking around with another girl who was also standing around. I wish they had gone to the floor and cleaned up the tens of napkins, straw wrappers, and fallen pretzel bites that were on the floor. It was really a nasty look. The pretzels were COLD, but I still enjoyed it.

As for the service, they weren't rude but not really courteous. Just seemed anxious to get back to giggling /maybe flirting with the other girl who was there doing nothing....

Bad (wrong location), bad (very rude) service and very likely some are working while????? (Glazed look in some eyes, we had to repeat ourselves several time med).

I very rarely post any 1 star rating, but in this case it was correct. I waited to post to make sure I wasn’t off base and only after observing several others behind us in line undergo similar service issues do I finally decide to share with the general public.

Not likely coming back even though our family loves the pretzels and smoothies. Better...

The “12 Clipz” review is a fake one written by the staff to improve ratings. Went to see for myself and was really disappointed. Staff was sluggish and sloppy, couldn’t count how many times I witnessed people touch their hair or face then touch the food. DISGUSTING. It seemed like they just had a Food Fight because there were pretzels thrown Everywhere! At the end the pretzles were Cold and seemed stale because they were hard as a rock. Really Disappointed… Won’t be...
