Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Leesburg

3rd update March 2023 - Management and staff don’t care to listen and waste your time. Manager on duty literally wiped my order mid way as cashier was entering because “I had to reboot the system”. Then as I ask all spoons be put in the bag aside he proceeds to tell the people making the order to put spoons on the side. As you can see from the photo they don’t listen. Reaching to corporate on Monday. They’re continuously careless about the customer.

2nd update - July. Employees are hard of hearing. Rude. The cashier was training the new hire. They spoke under their breath. I couldn’t hear them but I left it alone. They get orders wrong over and over. Always with the ice cream. Even the most basic.

Food is okay for the most part compared to a couple of other DQ locations. I agree with other customer reviews, the fries are not always fresh. I mainly come here 1-2 a week for ice cream and sometimes the food. My kids always love some DQ ice cream. The food is a plus. Though I’m a regular I don’t get treated as such. I had a rude experience telling me I come often and asking me questions about that. Strange staff at this location. I just try to get my food and get out. They seem friendly at times and weird or rude others. Same staff so I guess if you’re the owner that goes...

My family and I really enjoyed this DQ. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient. My kids enjoyed the hotdogs and of course the ice cream. Update My family and I have frequented this DQ a few times over the course of the past year. The food has been good every visit. We have less worry of getting the food cold or old. I appreciate that we can go somewhere for casual dining and get quality food.

Update 2: I have realized that placing a mobile order at this restaurant is a major flaw. I enjoy this DQ, but mobile orders never seem to work out for me. I placed an order on 11/2/22, the app doesn't tell you when your order is ready so I got there 5 minutes after the estimated pick up time. I got the food and it was all old. It was hot to the touch, due to sitting under a lamp. My commute from my workplace to the restaurant are very short. Perhaps I chose the wrong time to order lunch, I am not certain what the issue is. I think notifying the customer that their order is ready would be extremely beneficial so they can plan their arrival at a better time. I hope they can sort...

I always forget that this DQ is here, but when I do remember, I always have a pretty good experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The dining area is always clean and tidy. I've never seen it packed, but that's because I only go when I know there's not a lot of people there. Service is always great here.

I ordered fries and a hot fudge sundae this time, and as always, it hit the cravings spot! The fries were also just how I like them: they were crispy, but not burnt! The sundae was also great. I always prefer DQ hot fudge sundaes; if they have a drive-thru, it's absolutely game over for me! I'd be here all the time.

This location is always clean with plenty of booths, tables and chairs. There are also some tables and chairs outside for when the weather is nicer. Def come here...
