I don’t usually eat Pizza Hut and have not in this area but was enticed by the deal that was running. I ordered a pick up because delivery was a bit more expensive. I went in and picked up the order. The gentleman that rang me up was very nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing because he gave great customer service. Made it home and realized the pizza was made missing the pepperoni on half the pizza. I called the store and was transferred to the call center who then transferred me to the store. I reported the issue and they said they would remake the pizza and deliver it this time which was nice because it had just started raining. They said it could take 45 minutes. I was upset but chalked it up to not having to drive back to the store although it was 15 minutes away at most. We all patiently waited and waited and waited. No one rang the doorbell. I went to look outside after finding my phone and seeing a text notification that the pizza was delivered 44 minutes prior and that it was handed to me. Which it was not as no one even rang the doorbell. Instead it was on my front porch sitting in the rain and COVERED IN tiny bugs. I am absolutely Disgusted!! I called the store and they said DoorDash delivers for them like that would solve the issue at hand. Yes I was given a refund but I’m not aware of the amount. I want my money back for the pitiful pizza and the tip I graciously gave. This experience was completely unacceptable and reminded me why we DO NOT eat at Pizza Hut. I've been ordering from them for years because my family likes their food. The problem is their inconsistent service.
Tonight I decided to write this review because #1 I ordered a regular Hawaiian pizza and when it arrived, there was absolutely NO cheese. So we called them, and the guy said he put the cheese under the sauce somehow... Anyways, he offered a free replacement pizza but for some reason my family decided to not take it and check out the pizza again.
This is where my problem is. We called back again, probably less than two minutes after, another guy picked up the phone, and we told them about our problem. He was being a complete a**hole and was trying his best to convince us to just deal with our cheeseless pizza. Eventually he sent out a free replacement with a free drink, but initially he said it would take an hour to arrive after it was already about an hour or so for the messed up one to arrive.
So, my problem isn't the food or the simple mistake, it's the inconsistent...

I recently had a terrible experience with the Pizza Hut location in Leesburg. I called to place an order while driving (the only reason I didn’t do it online) and paid over the phone using my credit card. I then sent a family member to pick up the pizzas, but the store manager refused to hand over the order, claiming payment was not received—even after I sent a screenshot showing the charge had gone through on my credit card.
Despite speaking to the manager myself and showing proof of payment, he refused to help, showed zero interest in resolving the issue, and clearly lacks even basic customer service skills. Now it's been over two hours, I’m out the money, and still have no food. I can only hope they threw those pizzas away and not resold to someone.
As a regular customer, I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t be returning. If this is how this store treats loyal customers, it’s not worth anyone’s...
