Beware, this place is a fraud. Though they have quality pieces, they will use the waiver you sign and send you damaged furniture. I purchased a table that we inspected at the place and showed no signs of damage, the reps are also suppose to tell you of any damage and make sure you agree to it, as they did before. I get the table and it had a chip taped with clear tape that they apparently damaged after we paid for it. I would never buy from them again.

Very clean and well organized. Staff was quite friendly and willing to assist. Restoration Hardware is an expensive store to shop at hands-down. If you have the pockets to afford RH, then this outlet is the place for you. We used to shop the old location at the Leesburg Outlets and could walk out with a "splurge" item from time-to-time. However, this location (or RH overall) has seemed to out price us.

This is the deal with any RH Outlet....you can find some great bargains! But you need to inspect the items thoroughly and move them yourself if at all possible. I’ve bought so many pieces for my home and always get compliments on them. But like many others I’ve experienced issues with allowing a third party to deliver. I am always happier when we move the pieces ourselves.

Very clean and well organized. Staff was quite friendly and willing to assist. Restoration Hardware is an expensive store to shop at hands-down. This is the deal with any RH Outlet....you can find some great bargains! But you need to inspect the items thoroughly and move them yourself if at all possible. I’ve bought so many pieces for my home and always get compliments on them. But like many others I’ve experienced issues with allowing a third party to deliver. This outlet center is always worth the trip as they have a much larger inventory and variety of items compared to the Timonium, MD location. You can really find some great RH pieces (most are in near perfect condition) at half the price of retail. The salespeople are always willing to look for specific pieces if you call and are just as helpful when shopping in the store.

During our visit last weekend, we found the perfect coffee table we had been searching for, but weren't sure if it would fit in the back of our SUV. The salesperson (I wish I asked for his name!) went above and beyond by helping us load it into our vehicle before committing to the purchase (since all sales are final). We live over 2 hours away, so it would have been a pretty big inconvenience to find a larger vehicle or have to pay for delivery. Thankfully the table fit and we were able to make the purchase. Beware of this outlet! I've been lucky in the past to find some pieces that were not obviously damaged and at a good price. Unfortunately, they have changed. Popped in the other day and noticed that prices have been marked up from their original price. Visit the RH website before you come in; otherwise, you'll be paying MORE at the outlet for a damaged piece than what you could pay for a new, undamaged item with your RH membership. Delivery costs less through the website than what you pay through the third party the...

Customer Service needs a lot of improvement at this location. Their delivery service is awful and very shady. They tried to charge me an extra $50 from their original agreement when they arrived to my home. I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau if they didn't bring my furniture inside my home at the agreed upon price. Therefore, they reluctantly brought my furniture in my house. Not sure why RH doesn't have their own delivery service and they hire a third party that definitely likes to...
