Five Below — Local services in Leesburg

Oh! I realized I already reviewed this store a few years ago—but I just had another great experience and wanted to share it!

My kids and I absolutely love Five Below—who doesn’t? They have a great selection of fun items at unbeatable prices! When we visited, the store was very clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, and they even asked if I found everything I needed.

I had such a great time shopping there with my kids that day. At checkout, I accidentally pressed “No” on the last question about my shopping experience when I meant to click “Yes.” I felt terrible for giving the wrong feedback! Mr. Jon, who was helping us, was incredibly kind and understanding when I apologized—he even joked about it and told me not to worry.

Still, I want to make it right by leaving this review. The team truly deserves five stars for their excellent service, clean store, and warm, professional attitudes. I wish there were a way to go back and correct my answer, but since I can’t, I hope this review helps show how much we appreciated the experience.

We’ll definitely be back—of course, with my kids in tow!
