I work at an emergency clinic and decided to surprise the overnight crew with dinner. I placed an order on the Domino’s app at 6pm yesterday to be delivered at 8pm. By 8:45, my order still hadn’t shown up. I called asking for an update, and was told that they were unusually busy and that my order should take about another hour. They refunded my money and added two free pizzas to my account. Not a big deal, until 10pm came and my pizzas still hadn’t arrived. I called again, asking for another update, and was told my order had been lost, but they were making it now, and it would be delivered shortly, plus they would add two free pizzas to my account. I understand how a busy night can disrupt the flow of things, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out. At 10:45, the restaurant called me to ask if I still wanted my order. I said yes, they apologized for the wait, and hung up. Not even 20 minutes later, a different employee called to ask if I still wanted my order. I informed him that I had just received a call from them asking the same question, and had already said I still wanted my order. The response I got was “well, our current delivery time is two hours.” I asked if picking up my order would decrease the wait time, and the employee told me no, they were too busy. At this point, I’m thoroughly annoyed. The order that I had placed two hours early for delivery at 8pm was now not being delivered until 1am? Ridiculous. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager checked on my order, told me they were waiting on one item, and my order would be out for delivery in ten minutes. 45 minutes later, no order. I called AGAIN, and was told that my order had failed the quality check and needed to be remade. My wait time? 45 minutes. I canceled my order and we got fast food instead. I’ve never had such a bad experience, and I’ll never order from this...
Read moreI have never been a supporter for businesses that decide to offer select services during later hours. Arriving to this location at 10:02pm with cash at-hand, I was denied the option to order takeout. After 10pm, the store only allows customers to order by delivery. However, upon arriving, the open sign was lit, doors were unlocked, and the storefront was entirely well-lit. If you're to enforce such a rule, a business should not shy away customers under false pretenses. To receive anything during this visit, I was to be required to pay a $3 delivery charge while excepting to tip the delivery worker. Needless to say, a store with practices like these who are not willing to work with customers on account of the store's mistakes will continue to lose...
Read moreIve given them more chances since my last negative review and i just cant anymore. I dont care if you think dominos is made by gods. If this is the one that delivers to you drive to the 2nd closest and pick it up. This store and the people who work at it are so absent minded and irresponsible i have had maybe 3 out 15 orders that didn't have an issue and two of those were because i called before it left again and MADE SURE THEY DIDNT FORGET THINGS. The only reason i didn't do that the third time is because when i did call i was on hold for 10 minutes without an answer and my mobile app said it left. I've never been so consistently disappointed by a company in my 28 years on...
