Lilly's Super subs — Restaurant in Leesburg

Will never give this place a dime of our money again. I was at this restaurant several weeks ago when I observed what I feel was the terrible the treatment of a human being and customer. I usually don’t write reviews but reading the owner’s ridiculous excuse for his abhorrent behavior to the customer’s concerns and complaints I was compelled to write this review. I observed a man/ customer waiting for some time to use the men’s restroom which was continuously occupied. After waiting for awhile he appeared to check and see if the ladies (one person at a time) restroom was available. The male customer entered and quickly exited the restroom and returned to his table. The apparent owner approached the man and berated him loudly for using the ladies empty, unoccupied at the time restroom in front of everyone. ( something my wife and I do when necessary at other restaurants that have single person restrooms without ever having a problem) .It was a very uncalled for and uncomfortable situation. We felt very bad for this customer who was being polite. The owner loudly canceled the man’s order. I noticed the customer calmly attempting to explain why it was an emergency for him to use the restroom. Upon reading the review for the customer which detailed what was seen I must say that the owner’s response says a lot about what type of person he is. He admitted that the man told him about a surgery he had. He admitted that the customer told him that he was on medication that forced him to used the restroom. The he used the “partner” word and it became so apparent what type of person you are. Common we can do better that that. Kindness and respect is so important. Stay away from this place. Give money to places that treat people...

First I wanna say I really love this place up until today I had the worst experience ordering through the phone. I'm assuming it was the owner that answered the phone he was the only guy working in there(fat guy). I call im ordering my food which was alot(4 subs and 3 sides) but my biggest pet peeve is when I go anywhere and im ordering something and someone continuesly ask "is that it" after every time I order something or in the middle of me ordering this Dirt bag has the audacity to ask well how much more do you plan on ordering like when I'm done ordering I promise you I will let you know. I hope the dirt bag sees this review ive been coming there since I was a kid and I haven't seen him in there before but he's not doing any service to his business being there if anything he is making it worse, stay at your house big boy. I'm already mad so I get home and he done messed up the whole ordering im assuming he didn't want to write it down and tried going off of memory. Never ever had a problem with this place in all 26 yrs I've lived in Lake County never have had this experience nor did I think...

I was at the restaurant on or around the end of May. I witnessed the owner scream at a gentleman because he used the women’s bathroom. I witnessed the man use the women’s restroom because the men’s restroom was occupied. I figured he really needed to go. The fact that the owner came and screamed at the poor man at his table, because he used the women’s restroom was uncalled for very disrespectful. There are ways to tell a person if something they did was wrong in a respectful manner. The owner of this restaurant is unprofessional and the disrespect towards this patron spoke volumes to me. Sometimes the restaurant food is important but the attitude of the staff is just as important. As a woman myself sometimes when you have to use the restroom it is a necessity and it should not be used as an occasion to embarrass and belittle a patron. Especially when I know that both bathrooms are for one person at a time. I will never go to this restaurant and beware...
