McDonald's — Restaurant in Leesburg

This restaurant is probably the most awful McDonalds I’ve been to in all my years. The staff is incredibly rude and they do their best to make you aware of when they are leering at you. My sister went in last night to participate in the monopoly event (of which there are signs everywhere) and the Hispanic girl at the register was huffing and puffing about how she doesn’t understand and while my sister was trying to explain herself more thoroughly she eventually just waved her off and walked to the back. We were then assisted by a sweet lady that came and helped us but we heard the girl conversing with a man behind her in Spanish, as they both looked at us with disgust. My sister is the sweetest person and would not report them but it was incredibly unprofessional. Earlier today in the drive thru, I asked before I ordered coffee if they still had the cups with stickers on them for the monopoly event and they said yes. They gave me the cups without them, and then proceeded to get annoyed and throw two fry boxes at me when I asked where the stickers were. I also paid for four coffees. The staff is horrible and unprofessional and if they do not want people to participate in the monopoly event why are there signs up...

Just had the worst experience ever.. we pull up the the drive through intercom and you cannot even hear the lady speaking.. I ordered a number 5 asiago chicken sandwich large with a sweet tea... get to window 1 to pay the lady there did not even great us she and was very rude well we pay for our food and proceed to window 2 when we noticed the lady in the first window didnt even charge us for for the asiago chicken sandwich meal (a large number 5) she charged me for a large tea and large fries.. well I say something to the the lady in the 2nd window and a Hispanic gentleman rudely interrupted her as she was talking to us...we were trying to explain to what happened and he was arguing with my wife and we ended up paying for the sandwich outside of the meal... which was ok but I got home and the lettuce on the chicken sandwich looked like it was seaweed and the chicken itself was completely rubbery that I could not even bite into it... I will be calling corporate to do a full investigation on this place and I will never...

Always had slow service here, have had online orders go missing more than once, most recently, I was driving home from work and decided to place an order for just a Plain cheeseburger with mayo NOTHING ELSE I placed this before leaving work then made the 10-15 min drive over and parked in curbside, waited for 15 mins NOTHING. I went inside and waited probably 10 minutes before getting help, in which I was ignored by the same employee multiple times and ended up having to call back very loudly "excuse me" before somebody (not the woman who ignored me a teenage boy) came to help I explained to him what was going on and he walks back grabs a bag that has been SITTING there the whole time I'd been waiting for help and hands it to me apologizing... nobody had walked in or out to the other person waiting in curbside while I'd been inside so I know they didn't just miss me.
