Panda Express — Restaurant in Leesburg

I went to this restaurant regularly to eat dinner with my friends a little while ago, and while ordering, I encountered an incredibly disrespectful and rude behavior. An employee named Jacob was disrespectful in front of everyone while choosing the dishes! While we were ordering our dishes one by one, he kept asking what else we would like, impatiently and angrily, as if he was having a crisis. Although I told him to calm down many times, he continued to ask aggressively, as if he was having a crisis. Upon this behavior, I told him that I did not want to order from him and asked another employee to help me. The employee named Jacob also showed the same aggressive behavior to his friends. He tried to kick me out of the restaurant! And this person continued to be aggressive! Later, I went to the manager and explained the situation, but the manager was washing the windows, he said he would talk to him, but he showed that he did not care about us very much, and continued to wash the windows. The face of the companies are the employees, so I kindly request that the company managers do what is necessary regarding this issue. We went there to eat, but my morale was low and we left...

I used to come to this location because the service was excellent, and they weren't stingy with the servings! Now I haven't been here in quite a while and had only recently stopped by because I was starving and was on a time crunch. My most recent experience could've been much better, but I think it's just average compared to others.

I ordered a plate of chow mein with grilled chicken teriyaki and black pepper chicken. The portion was okay. They used to give out much bigger servings, so I was a bit disappointed. I also ordered cream cheese rangoons. The food flavor was lacking, but I was really hungry, so I finished it all.

I got my food as a take-away and didn't notice the state of the dining area, but from first glance, it looks the same as it did the last time I was in a couple of years ago. They had a few people dining in and a few people getting take-aways. They had a steady stream of customers.

Manager very rude.it charge me extra one dollar for the steak but one spoon only 99% vegetables when ask you charging me extra dollar there is no meat manager was rude disrespectful in-front of customers and loud. He always rude couple tome I come before but today I wrote reviews one spoon they added broccoli and mushroom and they cutting big pieces that fill with the spoon there is no meat. When they open food was great and great customer service now I paid $12 small portions and rude customer service. I will not come back Leesburg place until I see the reviews management changes. I use to bring my friends or do take out for 4 people not anymore. He was blaming corporate charge one dollar yes but before they have more meat and cut vegetables small and we use to get two spoons....
