I ordered 6Pc Wings - Honey Lemon Pepper, 6 Pc Wings - Roasted Garlic Parmesan, and a Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo with large fries and a sweet tea.
When I got home and opened the containers for both wings, there was NO SAUCE on either of the wings and MAYBE a tablespoon of sauce in the container for both. I ordered the roasted garlic parmesan last week and there was sufficient sauce to cover all of the wings completely and additional sauce in the container.
I called the location so they had a chance of resolving the situation properly but they did not do so and tried to make excuses, were extremely rude, and were confrontational. This is what happened:
When I called, I explained the issue with the wings and they asked for a lot of information to verify my order. They said that my order was done properly and that the sauce is in the container. I had to tell them again that there was no sauce. They then said that they don't add a lot of sauce because other customers complained - that doesn't matter because there is just no sauce. I said I wanted a fresh order because it's a 20-minute roundtrip to get to the location from home. They said the only thing they can do is give additional sauce - that's not acceptable for the loss of time that I would experience. I then reiterated that I wanted a fresh order due to the time it would take in total (~30 minute old wings). They then said that the sauce is clear and that you can't see it. I then had to take a picture of the wings and send it to the manager on duty to prove my point. After receiving the picture, she still argued about the sauce being clear and that it was on the wings but I couldn't see it - quite ridiculous. I then asked to talk to the manager but the person on the phone said they were the manager. Seeing that I wasn't going to get anywhere with this, I said that I would provide feedback online and on Google about this experience and will hang up.

If you are considering going out and getting some of that "Famous Louisiana Fried Chicken" I would reconsider your options, or just stay home and cook. I've gone to this unfortunate location many of times over the years to see if it had got better. I was wrong. So very wrong. Aside from the disgusting eroding aesthetics of the place, the staff and the food are egregious. Cold, mushy chicken sandwiches, Emotionless attitudes, and Incorrect orders is what I experience as every time. I understand the struggle, I used to work fast food too. Its not easy but the some of the people working here simply don't care. My latest I ordered a 10pc spicy tender box and was abruptly cut off when the drive thru cashier announced my order total and told me to come to the window. I wasn't finished ordering but looking back on it now I thank him. I reinstated my order at the window just to be sure it was right and he said yes. I didn't check the food because I trusted him.
