I first want to start this off by saying that there is seriously something suspicious going on at this Wendy's. I don't know exactly what it is. But there's something weird and suspicious going on. With these managers these female managers (Shannon and Dianne). There's seriously something going on with them. And the GM really needs to pay attention to these women. Because they are liars, My son worked for this location and it didn't work out because it was one of his first jobs and he was doing the normal annoying teenager behavior and when I went in to speak to the manager about my son we had a Brief conversation and I thought it went well but apparently She went around lying about what I said and made accustations towards my son.🙄🙆🏼♀️ I was there and everything she ssid was a outright LIE And she did not know that I recorded our conversation We are in a public place. I have permission of at least 1 person and my environment including myself. So I recorded everything So I had proof of what was ACTUALLY said. I'm really uncomfortable with this type of behavior when it comes to my family or myself but the g. M should be more concerned about her business. When it comes to management like this, this is very unprofessional and I have video evidence of. Her employees plural lying on my son and myself. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the GM. And I will also be calling corporate to file a complaint because this behavior is unacceptable. I don't care about them, letting my son go. He'll be perfectly fine, he's a young man. Everything will work out, but when you sit and you lie on me. I'm not cool with that.
The GM and corporate should know that when you call to complain your call and picked up and put down without a response. All you hear is people talking.
If a member of your team can blatantly lie about conversations or anything that has to do with customer service or employee relations. I would be very, very concerned about keeping these people on my team Because if they can lie about things professionally, could you imagine what else they lie about?
All of this is very strange to me as a professional...
Read moreTerrible service. I ordered online about 10+ minutes prior and selected drive-thru pickup method, but once I arrived, I was told any online and Doordash orders must come inside for pickup. Once, I entered, I expected since I already identified myself for pickup my order would be worked on. Unfortunately, I spent 30+ minutes waiting for my food to be prepared. In that time, there was 1 customer in the restaurant at the counter, 4 car in the drive-thru, 2 door dash pickups, were serviced before myself and I arrived when there was no one else in drive-thru, no Doordash pickups present, and 1 customer waiting to be serviced inside the restaurant when I walked in. How is it possible that new drive-thru orders, Doordash all serviced before me. After working a 13 hour day, 45 minutes even after multiple apologies was unacceptable because for each apology there was no action to change the situation for customer...
Read moreI like Wendy's. Had a salad today and it was fresh and tasty. They would get 5 stars from me if they had a senior soda. The local taco bell gives seniors free soda. BK charges $.69. McDonald's usually has any size soda for $1. Arby's is either $.69 or $.89 for seniors. Having said all that I will say that at Wendy's it usually depends on who's waiting on you. Sometimes I get a free drink when I ask for a senior soda. Sometimes I'm charged $.99. Today I was charged $1.29. Much of the time the answer I get when asking the cashier if Wendy's has a value or senior soda is a simple NO. I refuse to pay over $2.00 for the little bit of soda I drink. I wish Wendy's would come up with an official policy for a cheap senior soda. Sometimes I really want a coke with my lunch but hate to stop at Wendy's because I have no clue how much they're going to charge. If anyone from Wendy's is seeing this...
