I love their service, their fun weekly flavors, and deals they offer. 🙌🏼 Their Italian ice is creamy compared to other shaved ice places. Their custard is super yummy and creamy. I am never disappointed coming to Karie Anne’s and love trying their new flavors each week. The quality of the Italian ice and custard - superb. The customer service - horrendous. I understand it's young people, but come on man. Ordered two junior "Gelatis" and received two scoops of Italian ice. When I asked where the custard was, they said the juniors are too small for the custard to fit. BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENTS. Sign on the street said buy 2 get 1 free on I think a Thursday. Our 20 yr old daughter and her boyfriend wanted to treat us to their ice/custard treats and this deal made it possible for them. We ordered four, and while eating them the boyfriend noticed they charged full price and didn't apply the free ones. They talked to the workers in the truck and they said it's too late and mentioned the fine print on the sign that says you must mention the discount when ordering. That's utter BS. We will not...
