Panera Bread — Restaurant in Lehi

The only reason I keep coming back to Panera is for the food. It is prepared well and is delicious. But, I am not impressed with the attitudes of the people who work here. During my last visit, I was surprised with the shortness/annoyance with which I was addressed, as well as hearing other groans and complaints as a few more orders came in. I had placed an online order and arrived before it was done, and admittedly it was close to closing, but that is not an excuse to treat someone poorly. I have worked in food service before so I get it, but if the restaurant closes at 9, I expect full service until that time, and not rude looks or upset comments from staff members. This is the worst Utah location and unfortunately there are only currently two other ones at which I could eat. Sorry for the long review. If you made it this far, thanks...

Yeah, it's Panera... But they stripped it of all coziness. This is no longer a cafe to sit at and enjoy for a while with family and friends. It's now a typical quick-sit restaurant that's made moves to save money rather than provide delicious food and atmosphere.

This is NOT the Panera of old. It's something new, something corporate. For me, there's no reason to go, especially since we're driving past the better Village Baker to get to it. So, unfortunately, I don't recommend going to this Panera. It's not...

This picture is a normal salt shaker, look at the size of the smoothie I bought. I paid $8 dollars for this. I don’t know who is in charge of pricing at this company but they need a lesson in economic’s because i just took a survey over slack with my entire office staff of 100 people and most of them said they would never pay $8 for a kiddie cup size smoothie!
