I’ve been coming to this place for 20 years but tonight it seemed like there is no one in charge and none of the help know what they are doing.

When I arrived no one was there to greet me. I waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to greet me but no greeter appeared and none of the other help would even look at me. S o I just sat down and after another wait someone finally got curious and asked if they could help.

Once seated I ordered chicken, usually a safe bet, but tonight it was tougher than shoe leather. It might have had freezer burn so I sent some back to get the managers opinion. The word that came back was “that is how the chicken usually is” :-(

And even before the chicken arrived, the waiter tried to take my bowl of miso soup before I had even tasted it.

This place has really gone down hill. It used to be my favorite place to...

So, I've been having a couple of people tell me I had to visit this place, and I'm happy I finally did.

I got there around 5:30 p.m., on a Tuesday night, and was there for about an hour.... The whole time I was there, there weren't that many people, and I was surprised how slow it was.

Customer service was pretty good, and I'm happy that they were patient with me, because I never been to this place before.

It might just be me, but I felt like the prices were a few dollars higher than I was expecting, but I'm not going to admit that much of the fuss about it.

There wasn't too much of a wait, only about 5 to 6 minutes, but I still did enjoy the food...

Am I going to return? You know, maybe. But I don't think I'll go out of my way to this this place. Nothing against It, but this just isn't the style of food I...

I really hate writing bad reviews because generally businesses are really trying their best to provide good service. I dont feel that is the case in this instance though. So here we go.

On 4/8/22 I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl. -The chicken was only cooked on one side, the other side was completely raw. I didnt notice until after taking a few bites. Barf. -We talked to the workers and showed them the raw chicken and were given the run around. -After multiple attempts to communicate with the manager, they did nothing. Never got a refund. -This is reeeeally poor customer service and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I still have my original receipt and pictures and have posted them. Go check them out and see for yourself how raw the chicken was. So gross.

The whole experience was...

The meat had good flavor. The pineapple (from the "super bowl" add-on) was bit on the under ripe end, but the firmness wasn't bad in contrast to the soft noodles/eggs. The "hot" flavor had some spice but wasn't anywhere close to overpowering. I never once got dirty looks from staff as I sat there for an hour talking with a coworker. This is a big plus for me when finding a place to eat and discuss work stuff with people I only ever chat with online. There are a lot more things on the menu I could try, so I may have to stop in again soon -- and step up the heat a bit.

This was the first Teriyaki Grill I ever visited and it is still one of my favorites. I come here regularly. My wife especially likes the chicken teriyaki with brown rice. I like it pretty good too but I don't use the teriyaki sauce. I prefer mine mostly dry. We also usually get the edamame. Generally the staff here is really super friendly and helpful and remember you if you are a regular visitor. There are a lot of eating options right in the immediate vicinity but I haven't ventured outside of Teriyaki Grill yet because my experience has been so good here.
