Burger King — Restaurant in Lemont Township

Where do I begin. So a child urinated inside the play set it's run throughout and down on to the floor. The lady goes and tells management everyone clears there children out of the area. Nobody and mean nobody came to close it up or clean the urine up. It was reported again. Nothing I stayed to warn unsuspecting parents that it wasn't healthy to let children into play set due to the incident. I finally had to leave. I questioned the employees about it and they assured me they were doing it now. Nope I went to my car another 25mins and nobody closed it down for cleaning or cleaned disinfected the play set. One employee was walking around eating while fixing orders for the drive through customer. To boot the place didn't have any customers in it. If it had been busy they could of at least closed it for cleaning but it wasn't. I can't think of anything worse Burger King if your going to offer a play area it's your job to insure it's maintained. Also you might want to discuss the health codes around this and eating fries from orders with bare hands.......why Burger King why.....we use to love to go there for kids to...

This Burger King is the best! I've been to a lot of Burger Kings because I really like the vanilla iced coffee but it can be pretty hit or miss-like either wayyyy too much flavoring or not enough flavoring/cream or wayyy too much ice (even though I always ask for light ice), but this Burger constantly makes it perfect! Lulu (who works at the drive thru window) is AMAZING!! She is super friendly and always makes sure you have everything you need before you leave (napkins, straws, drink carrier, etc). Honestly she is one of the nicest people I've encountered in fast food/customer service. There is a Burger King closer to my office but I choose to come to this one instead because it is 1000000...

Haven't been to BK in a long time but decided to stop by this one in Lemont around lunch time and went through the drive thru which wasn't busy at all. The ordering board was clear and easy to see. The employee taking my order seemed nice and lively. He asked if I wanted to add 2 chocolate chip cookies to my order and I just went ahead and accepted. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal, which was okay. The chocolate chip cookies were warm and soft, a good size and yummy. Overall, the food was okay. The service from the employees at each window were very welcoming and positive, which is often a rare experience at other fast food drive thru...
