Where do I begin? Rude employees or the terrible food, maybe dirty counters? Breakfast sandwich so over microwaved could not eat it because couldn't bite thru the muffin. Or the fact that each drink was wrong. After coming in to pick up a large order, instead of it being placed together, it was scattered thru out the other orders. I asked if I could get a drink carrier since I had 6 drinks and food. The employees totally ignored me. After asking a second time, one stated, "We don't have any," and walked away. Now Starbucks, your business is drinks, right? No drink holders??? Did you expect me to make a tower and balance with one hand so I could utilize the other to open doors? I guess I could have used the sticky stuff now on my hands from the dirty counter to glue the order together. I was fortunate enough that another customer picking up was just as shocked, helped me to carry the order, and opened doors. Clearly see in photo not ice means means ice and no strawberries. Unfortunately, when in Lemont, I would suggest any of the Dunkins...
Read moreIts a beutiful sunday morning and I am exited to go get my favorite coffee and start my morning just right. I walk in the store no hello or anything all I see is frouning faces like the staff dose not want to be there and it really bumb me out tbh did not feel welcomed. The food display is empty there are pallets on the floor just a mess. The employee was like "were short staffed today" and its not even busy I was going to sugest then to drink an expresso shot maybe that would make them smile say hello to customers and get their stuff ready for the day. I get my coffee and the staff dose not even call out my drink like "guess when ur coffee is ready" next time I rather go to mcdonalds or dunkin donuts even tho their coffee is not as fancy at least I will get a warm...

So lets start. I decided to order online yesterday and everything was timed fairly quickly. Today though...I had ordered 3 drinks and only got 2. Still waiting waiting....nothing. Check my order online to see wth is going on. "Sold out at this location"
Instead of waiting, can someone from the other side just say "Hey so and so, your order is not available" will suffice.
From my understanding I did not get a refund for that 1 drink. Yes I could have said something, although as crazy as Starbucks is with Staff running around, it's just not worth...
